It's invitation-only due to shared workout space with our family members. (Note: Limited availability, Age 22+. Waiver required.)

- Age/child restrictions: w/ jacuzzi due to water safety/property insurance. Firepit use: County-imposed restrictions w/ open burning during dry months.
- DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A valid credit card is required for a $1500 damage deposit HOLD. The Damage Deposit form w/rental agreement of all guests staying on premise needs to be submitted at time of booking.
- There are motion activated front entrance & rear entrance/deck & garage door temp camera-sensor.
- Animal Allergen-Free: Due to a family member's physician-verified allergen, we regretfully cannot accommodate animals at this time.
- A dedicated caretaker resides nearby, ensuring that any needs during your stay are promptly addressed.
