BEWARE! These folks may be professional SCAMMERS.....they failed to access or read their check in instructions (or call or email or communicate via the App). Instead of checking into the studio they rented (the door was left wide open for them) they nosed around the property and found the keys to the larger villa (2X size /price of their rental) next door which they decided to settle themselves into (supposedly it was an "honest mistake"). When asked to move into the studio they rented, the husband was angry, irate, rude & uncooperative and simply did not want to move. He ranted & raved that no one was there to personally greet them when they arrived, they didn't know where to go and wanted to stay put where they were. Note: this was not possible, since it was rented to another party. Instead of moving to the smaller, 1/2 priced studio they rented, they decided to leave. The husband was aggressive & abusive; it is evident that he had been drinking since early in the day and not quite all there. We apologized for the situation and told them we would issue a credit once they canceled their reservation so the dates would be available for others to book. They did not cancel the reservation and instead 2 weeks later filed a false complaint with VRBO alleging all sorts of made up mishaps like those written here. I feel sorry for the wife. Michelle, if you are reading this, know that you are not alone; there are support groups out there that can help you! You deserve better

Orlando, thank you! The exterminator comes in monthly and had just exterminated the day before your arrival….this sometimes results in dead or barely alive insects. Sorry about that.
