You will absolutely LOVE this Unique Private Estate Nestled on 4.85 wooded Acres offering a Tranquil, Relaxing Environment right in the heart of Suwanee.
It is one of the safest areas in Atlanta.

All 8 bedrooms are on main floor or 2nd floor. Two full kitchens!

It locates in a quiet neighborhood with sufficient privacy. While it is also convenient to all attractions.

Great for family reunion and church gathering!

4 minutes to Suwanee downtown with easy access to restaurants and shops.

15 minutes to Lake Lanier.

This is a spectacular home that is big enough for the ENTIRE family but still feels cozy. The master suite is OUTSTANDING. The place is always clean and well stocked and the host very communicative. Our second time staying and we are already planning our next trip!

Check in was SEAMLESS. Access to the home was shared to me in a timely manner. Early check in and late check out options were available and communicated as needed. The home is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups! There was plenty of room for my entire family that was in town to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We will be returning!

A very nice event house for my small/intimate wedding

We booked this event house for our small sized wedding. Our family and friends enjoyed the stay here. The house has many bedrooms and enough parking for all the guests. Host is very nice and replied to us quickly. Host even gave us flexible checkin and checkout time. We took some wedding photos in front of the house and back yard and They all looked good. We are definitely satisfied and would recommend this house to anyone who would host a small event here.

The house had plenty of room for our multi-generational family. The kitchen had room to prepare large meals. The owner was responsive to our needs. The pool provided a lot of entertainment for our family. We brought yard games and had a fantastic time.

The house was perfect for our stay. It accommodated all of guests and allowed for down time when needed. I would recommend the host do some upgrades. It's a beautiful home, but there were scuff marks on the walls, the furniture could use cleaning as it is light colored. The linen us pretty dated. Also, small details would go a long way, i.e., books with covers, bed skirts, making each bathroom has trashcans. I would be remiss if i didn't say how easy it was to communicate with the host. They were very responsive and made communicating very easy.

Great House

This home was great and fitted all eight of us guys very comfortably and accommodated all of our needs. The kitchen was great and well-stocked, with all we needed to cook all of our meals. If we ever take another golf trip to Atlanta we will definitely stay here again.

Wedding Weekend Stay

Everything with this property was amazing! We stayed here for our wedding weekend and were able to host a series of get togethers as well as have room for everyone to comfortably rest and not be in the way. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

Perfect house for our large group

This house worked out perfectly for our group of 16 with plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space. House was well stocked with everything you could need and the check in process was very easy. The house was located right next to a walking trail and close to grocery stores. We had lots of room to spread out and visit with family. Would highly recommend!

Good House for Family Reunion

We stayed here with multiple family units for a family reunion, and really enjoyed all being able to stay in one place! One of the bedrooms is a "cut through" between two parts of the house, but that was workable. The owner was helpful in giving us more info about the rooms before we got there. Having 2 kitchens (and refrigerators) was very helpful!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at this property. The only glitch was not having the entry code on our arrival at the appropriate arrival time. We tried contacting the property manager several times prior to our arrival with both texts through VRBO and directly. We also tried calling. We had groceries delivered in the high heat without being able to enter. At least 20 minutes past our proper time we finally got through to the manager and received our code.This was not a good way to start our trip, but after this mess, we had a wonderful time. I have read several previous reviews and have seen some saying the kitchen was well appointed. It is not, so come prepared.

Only thing wrong was insufficient towels. Had th go buy them. Two bed rooms only had one set of towels for two guests. We also ran out of dishwasher detergent. Overall a good stay.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home! My family and friends had a Christmas gathering at the home over the weekend, we had a blast! The home was clean, spacious and very private! We will be renting in the near future!

The house is beautiful and spacious. There was lots of room for everyone who came to our family reunion to spread out. The location is super convenient to walking trails, restaurants, groceries, playgrounds and parks. The pool was a big hit with all of the kids and many of the adults - a definite plus. It was great having the upper kitchen to keep separate the food for those with allergies.A drawback was that kitchens were sparsely equipped. There was not enough flatware, dishes or cookware and nothing was in the upper kitchen. The one corkscrew was broken and there were no sheet pans. Some of the beds were comfortable but some of the mattresses were too hard for older adults. The bunk beds were missing some screws so the structure was a bit wobbly. The biggest disappointment was that the kids were unable to use the playset on the property because there were some bolts missing and screws/nails protruding from the wood. It really needs to be fixed or roped off from use so no one gets hurt. We would definitely stay here again if these issues are resolved.

Great place for family gathering

I hosted my nieces and nephews, and their children for a first time family gathering. There were 14 of us, between ages 57 and 4 years old. It was a great opportunity for all of us to connect. We had enough space for everyone to move around and sleep comfortably.
