We're also less than 10 minutes to Ogden's downtown scene for restaurants and fun. With 2 beds (king, queen) and a quiet neighborhood, our home is perfect for families or couples coming to get away from it all. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, 3 smart TVs, on-site laundry, and garage access.

The entire space, including house, garage, and backyard is set up for guest use. There is one Owner/Housekeeping Closet (the kitchen pantry) that will remain locked. The guest entrance is the back door of the property.

We provide a TouchStay digital guidebook for all our guests. Accessible on any device, you'll find helpful information about our place and the surrounding area. An access link will be provided after booking. We hope that our guidebook will answer most questions, but if anything comes up, you can message us through the app or send us a text or email.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Set back in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home is only minutes from shopping, dining, and recreational activities.

NOTES
Rental Agreement: We ask all of our guests to read over and sign a Rental Agreement before accessing the property. Look for the link in your confirmation email. IMPORTANT: Without a signed contract, your check-in details will not be sent. To avoid any delays, please sign the contract as soon as possible.
HOUSE RULES
- No unregistered guests. No parties or events.
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is allowed anywhere on the property at any time
- No pets (please inquire about service animals)
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
- Remove shoes within the home
- Basic pickup is required before departure. Please do the dishes, take your garbage outside
- Check in and out on time. Alternate check-in/out times may be available for a fee
