Estero Beach and Tennis Club is situated near the south end of Fort Myers Beach with a large community pool, tennis courts and great views.

Unit 104C is located on the second floor, just one floor up from the ground. The unit features a full kitchen, king bed and a walk-in shower. Off the living room is your own private patio with seating for you to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening!
Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Estero Beach and Tennis has plenty of activities around the complex. There are tennis courts, a large pool, walking paths to the beach and laundry rooms located at the ground level of each building. Not to mention Santini Plaza and Fish Tale Marina across Estero Blvd.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat-Sat ( from Christmas to Easter) This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

Dream vacation for sure

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful time! The room was spacious enough for the two of us and maybe even a 3rd guest.

Nice place, great beach access

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay! The room is a low floor so there is a bit more noise to consider and I hadn't realized there was no laundry in the room (it's shared on main level). The building could use some updating, hallways, shared areas, but still fine. Otherwise, had everything we needed and we loved FMB.
