OCEANFRONT TOHORA 🐋HOME

This recently built home is located directly on the ocean with a small beach, it has spacious rooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen with an extended dining terrace area with view on the ocean. Also Enjoy a private pool. House is set on a very large property for more privacy. The neighbor is a diving center perfect for ocean explorers that want to book dives or kayaks during the stay no need to drive! A grocery store 2 minutes away from house. All rooms are equipped with AC.

You will enjoy the sound of nature with the birds living in the coconut trees by the beach, or in the water look for: fish, Small moray eels, harmless stingrays, harmless black tip sharks ( except if you feed them but don’t!).

Enjoy the paddle boards (x2) that are available and go for a stroll on the ocean. Go where The stingray and black tip shark are famous to be hanging out, it’s about 10-15 minutes in paddle board or kayak away from our home. You can go there for free and swim with them . No need to go by boat .

There is steak house 2 minutes away from the home.
You can also enjoy restaurants at the Tipaniers or Hibiscus.

Great location and beautiful views!!

The house looked just as it does in the pictures. The kayak is great and we loved the pool. Minor thing was I was surprised to have to purchase additional toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, just not something I’ve run into before.

Paradise on earth

One of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed at. The space is incredible, with an open concept facing the sea. The sea kayaks and standup paddle boards came in handy for checking out the stingray and shark alley right out the front of the property. We also dove with the dive shop that’s right next-door, NEMOZ, so it was super convenient for that. This is a family trip we will never forget

Amazing property - don't hesitate to book

Our group stayed in the Villa for 8 days and couldn't have enjoyed it more.The accommodations were amazing and exactly as presented in the listing - 3 king size beds and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.The kitchen is huge and has everything you'll need. We cooked breakfast every day and even cooked a few dinners.The pool and outside area was a godsend. We spent the entire trip either out back in the pool or in the ocean/lagoon using the included kayaks (2), paddleboards (2), and snorkeling equipment.The location is perfect. Easy drive / walk to the market to pick up provisions. Short kayak to the area where tours swim with sharks/rays. Just absolutely gorgeous. Would 100% recommend and hope to be able to book again in the future.

Beautiful home

The property was beautiful! Very clean, spacious, well stocked with household items. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We cooked dinners and breakfast at the house and ate on the back deck, enjoying the beautiful beach view. The beach was clean, in the mornings we saw manta rays and black tip sharks swimming around. The kayaks provided were easy to use and we enjoyed using them. Very quiet area. The pool was refreshing between kayak trips and evening swims. The only downside was the main area did get very warm during the day, even with the doors and windows opened. I would also recommend a ceiling fan of some sort out in the back deck area to help keep bugs away and circulate air. All in all this was a beautiful home and we had zero issues with the owner/management team and I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing house

We loved out stay here! The house was beautiful and the location was amazing! Walking distance to a little grocery store to get pastries in the morning and a short paddle board or kayak ride to the sharks and stingrays. Or just hang out at home at the house and enjoy the view! We hope to be back soon!!

Beautiful house

Great house, very high end. Lovely view. Located next to a great public sandy beach, 5 min drive away. We might suggest putting some screens on the windows in the kitchen to get some cross breeze into the main part of the house. Kayaks were really fun to use. Host was very responsive.

It’s a perfect rental in every aspect. Best location, great view and access to coral reefs, best equipped with kitchen supplies and water activity supplies. Super clean. They did not go cheap on anything, and you’ll enjoy it very much for as we did!

I can’t say enough about this house to do it justice. It looks brand new, nicely furnished and decorated, comfortable beds and pillows plus it has an awesome infinity pool and is on the ocean. If we ever come back to Moorea this would be our first choice. This house and it’s location enhanced our trip. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Excellent house and location

We loved staying here. We agree with the other positive reviews. It was wonderful to be right on the ocean but also away from any busy roads or hotels. One thing to look out for is bugs. There were lots of mosquitos and no screens or nets. Bring spray and a sleeping net. It is fairly typical of island homes in Tahiti to not have screens. I guess the locals are used to it.

Perfect Family Stay

We booked the property for family of four, two adult parents and two adult kids. It could not have been more perfect. The location is absolutely perfect with snorkeling and waves directly in front of the home and the pool is wonderful to relax in. The kitchen is excellent and well equipped if you wish to cook at home. Also, we found the location to be ideal with grocery and restaurants extremely close. Any return trip to Moorea will be booked at this location.

Perfect!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. 4 adults, but will sleep 6 adults (3 couples) Perfectly. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and air conditioner. The house was practically brand new, spotless, and in the perfect location to good restaurants and water activities. You can kayak straight out to the mantas, sharks and snorkeling. The host was responsive and the house manager was easy to contact via What's App. Book it! WE will definitely be back.

Perfect Vacation Rental for a 5 star stay!

This property is absolutely wonderful. Terrific location, great amenities, beautiful views, fun snorkeling right off the property, and high end fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The a/c in the bedrooms worked great. The beds are comfortable, though the bedding and towel quality could be better (a minor complaint). All paper products, dish soap, shampoo, body wash and laundry detergent are supplied with extras in the laundry room. Beach towels, SUP’s and kayak available for use. The double kayak was very fun and we used it to go to Coco Beach for lunch (it was a bit further than it looked!). If we come back to Moorea in the future we will 100% rent this home again!

First time in Moorea

The house is beautiful, located on a quiet bay in Moorea. The pool is a hit with kids and made it easy to hang out at the house. The house is decently well appointed but was missing basics like coffee and sugar that would have made the stay more comfortable. There is air in the bedrooms but it is missing from the family room and it gets really hot in there. Beds are comfy and we slept well. Heifara who is your main contact is very sweet and accommodating.

The photos don’t do this place justice. It is a brand new Architectural Digest type home, with two bedrooms in main house and another kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and sitting area in private small house. Both are directly at waters edge and the lagoon is gorgeous. Snorkel, kayak and paddleboards included. Fully fenced and gated and very secure in high end residential area. Next to currently closed Intercontinental Mo’orea. Great dive shop boat tours next door, grocery right around the corner. We did rent a car though, to sightsee around the island. Got it at Tahiti airport and took it over on the ferry.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This home will be our retirement home one day, it's our little paradise that we are happy to share with you. We go there every weekend to relax from the city life of Papeete Tahiti. We enjoy little things like strolling on the paddle board in the morning when it's not too warm, and the water is clear and flat we get to see the underwater creatures better. We also enjoy hanging by the pool with the kids. I love diving myself so being neighbor to a scuba center is idealic. The stars at night are also amazing, and the sound of the black Noddys makes you feel closer to nature.

For Dolphins lovers, the property is neighbor to the Moorea Dolphin Center, you can book to learn and swim with the Dolphins ( Retired Dolphins born in captivity from the US Marine Military and brought to French Polynesia for a nice retirement) https://www.mooreadolphin.com/

For Scuba Divers, we are also neighbor to a Dive Center located on the other side of the fence! Just need to go through the gate. You can also book with them whale watching during whale season.
