It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with the quiet and secluded oasis that our location offers to our guests. Our condo and its location has been getting mostly 5 start by our guests. For several years now, our many guests, including repeat guests have been coming to enjoy the peace and quiet getaway oasis at Las Olas Mar Y Sole. This property is distinguished from many other properties in Rosarito which in many cases guests for those properties have to deal with the hassle and bustle of the busy town and easily accessed beaches by public, and mostly packed with horses and street vendors. While our guest enjoys quite beach front oasis and amazing ocean view, and privacy, our location offer them the easy convenience to be in town, Super Wal-Mart and many variety of restaurants. Our location is also 10 miles away from the border and offer easy access from the coast highway. The majority of condo owners’ at the Las Olas Mar Y Sole are proud owners of this vacation/second-home property, and live in the USA. They usually arrives to their condos on weekends & holidays to enjoy the peaceful oasis awaits them at Las Olas Mar Y sole Because of the low occupancy factor in our building during weekdays, heating Jacuzzis are upon guest requests that can be simply be handled through our front disk. Our amenities are very clean and well taken care of at all times. The building management is available at all times if our guests have any concerns or have a special request in regards to common areas. Our standard procedures that I, the owner, personally call our guests after their arrival to welcome them in our home and make sure they are comfortable. During our contact, this particular guest did not indicate any dissatisfaction, nor informed us of any negative experience during their stay as we have a telephone in the condo and guests can call free of charge. I’m sorry that your stay was not as you wished. We recommend for guests that don’t particularly enjoy the peace and quiet and prefer the more busy locations to check other properties in town. We always appreciate our guest input. As a property owner, I take a full responsibility of this very unfortunate incident. We took immediate corrective actions by replacing our housekeeping staff, applied very strict guidelines on cleaning, and new upgrades to our property for better guest comfort & enjoyment. Sometimes and specifically during summer months, we do have three hours only to get the property ready for our next guest. In this incident we had less than two hours to clean the condo due to the previous guest late departure. In addition we offered our guest to send our cleaning staff to clean, however, the guest declined our offer. Once again, we thank our guest for staying with us. We take great pride in every aspect relates to our property & our guest relaxation and enjoyment. We will continue our effort to maintain high quality in all aspects to insure our guests outstanding experience.

First, I would like to thank you for the recognition of our highly appointed in the impressive 22 story building facing a beautiful secluded beach. Our condo has been recognized by hundreds of our guests for the past 7 years since we have purchased it. We are conveniently located on the Pacific Coast Highway, 10 miles from the border, and only mile away from major shopping and entertainment. As we discussed upon your arrival we do take good care of all our guests, and our goal is to our home for your enjoyment and we make sure we address any concerns that our guest might have. Upon your arrival, we learned of your dissatisfaction to which we immediately responded and sent our housekeeping staff to address your concerns. After they finished, you expressed satisfaction of the service they provided and decided to continue with your stay for the entire week as booked. As a courtesy and to compensate for any inconvenience you might have experience at your arrival, we agreed to your request to bring in more family members to spend the week with you at no additional charge. We waved the charge of $15 per person per night, which would have cost you otherwise a total of $420. When I received your phone call after completing your one week stay at our condo, I was surprised of your dissatisfaction which you expressed after your return home. Your request for a full refund has no basis as we have agreed to take on additional guests at no charge and you elected to stay the week with your family and additional members enjoying our place, the building amenities, and the beach. During your week lon stay I have not heard from you and our last conversation you stated everything was fine. Our refusal to give you a full refund after completing your stay should not be ground for your unfair review and comments. We welcome all guests’ comments. However, we consider your comments to be unfounded. We have received numerous guest reviews in the past, and those reviews do not support your comments. We're proud of the service and amenities we offer our guests. We always strive to provide unmatched services&amenities in our highly appointed and furnished condo, and will continue to do so. We maintain high ratings, as well as repeat guests that have been falling in love with what we offer them which is a home away from home.
