Although not as large as more ostentatious villas, the well thought out open plan and flow of the townhome allows the perfect combination of indoor/outdoor tropical living. Our Villa is located on a private narrow peninsula surrounded by the ocean (a designated Marine Sanctuary) in an exclusive quiet family orientated gated community with 24 Hour Security and yet is only at a 20-minute drive from the Airport.
This modern luxurious Jamaican Waterfront Villa in Montego Bay is further enhanced by the highest quality in fittings and luxury furnishings. We have a full time Chef, Butler and Housekeeping to complete your luxury vacation. No small detail has been overlooked to ensure you have the most wonderful and comfortable stay. Please note that this is not a party house and guests are requested to be respectful to our neighbors with regards to noise levels.

Complimentary access to Freeport Private Beach. Whilst one can swim in the Lagoon (a designated Marine Park) we normally recommend the private beach a short walk away or Doctors Cave Beach.
A villa is only as good as its Staff and we have an amazing Team; we have a very experienced Professional Chef who is very talented and we are sure you will not be disappointed, our Butler is an expert mixologist and will be happy to serve you throughout the day and our Housekeeping team will make your vacation complete.

We can also arrange massages and spa treatments at the villa for you to help you completely unwind.

Although we doubt that you will want to leave this private paradise, we can also assist you if you wish to explore further afield with your driver who will act as your personal guide. Perhaps take a day trip to visit our wonderful Island which has so much to offer such as river rafting, fishing, snorkeling, glass bottom boat rides, sunset cruises, feeding the hummingbirds, amazing waterfalls to name a few.

As part of the HOA Agreement, guests will be asked to provide a form of photo ID prior to arrival. We take a note of this information and keep it on record for the duration of the guests stay, upon departure this information will be destroyed according to the Data Protection regulations.
