Close to Historic Downtown - 3bd/2bth w Firepit & Grill
**The Sailor's Abode**
Completely renovated, 3bd 2bth home. Fully furnished, non-smoking, located 1.2 miles from downtown, 3 miles from beaches, 5 miles from outlet malls. Sleeps 9 comfortably with a king size bed in master room, king size bed in guest room, and 2 full size (bunks) & single in 3rd bd. The mb has two sinks w/ jacuzzi tub & rainfall shower. Gb has shower/bath combo. Two car garage with washer/dryer. Secluded backyard area with fire pit and charcoal grill. 4 smart TV's throughout, high speed WiFi at 349 Mbps!
We have plenty of on-sight parking in our oversized driveway that stretches around the back of the property.
Other things to note
We are a short 5-15 walk to many shops and cafes. Historic downtown itself is a bit further, it is a 35-40 minute walk and we enjoy making the trip during the winter for the lights! If you prefer to drive, it will take you 5-10 minutes to get downtown depending on the traffic.
Please note - The Florida east coast railway runs behind our home and you may hear it several times a day. Due to our brick cement filled walls, and dual pane windows, we have never found this to be bothersome for our family.
