Very easy to find. Excellent location, nice neighborhood. Very clean and roomy.Perfect for what we needed for the night on the road.The property description is clear about a permanent tenant upstairs, so the noise late at night wasn't a shock.

Spent the day exploring Cooperstown, and this place fit the experience perfectly. It has a great old-school feel that adds to the charm of the area. If my family and I are ever back this way, we’d absolutely stay here again. It was clean, very spacious, reasonably priced, and had that classic, comfortable atmosphere you just don’t find everywhere anymore. Highly recommend!

We booked this property on our way to Toronto, and it was perfect for a short stay. The property was clean and spacious for our family. The best touch is that the host left a lot of ice cold bottled water in the fridge for us. In a hot summer like this, this was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again.

Property was nice enough, we just had a quick overnight stay. I reached out to owner about early check in, never got a response. Apartment was clean, but like others have mentioned, could use a good deep clean. Kitchen was stocked better than any other place I've seen, we didn't have a need for it, but it had everything and more. Overall, good stay.

The apartment was very roomy and stocked with all household and kitchen essentials, including coffee! The neighborhood was quiet and close to Cooperstown and Utica. Jacob was very accommodating and responsive to my communication. The apartment was appropriate for people who like to travel with their dogs, rather than leaving them behind. Thank you, Jacob!

We loved staying here. It was the perfect place for a multi day/night retreat to visit nearby family. The apartment was very welcoming and functional for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was as described. As other guests have mentioned, the property could use a good deep cleaning. Some of the kitchen drawer handles left my hands sticky. There was sticky residue noted in front of the coffee maker, which we did not use. The beds were clean and comfy. The couch was lumpy. The chair in the corner that folds out into a bed had an odor to it. Definitely not "hotel quality" but served it's purpose as a place for us to rest/get away as a family. We thought it weird that we arrived after the 3 pm check in time, and the host had not yet sent any check in information. I did message him that morning and he said check in information would be provided at time of arrival. Never had that before with any place we've stayed, and it honestly caused so much anxiety because we drove 4 hours from home. The thought of "what if our phone service is spotty there, and then we don't have check in information when we arrive" did cross my mind. I messaged when we got there and he did quickly message with the code to get in, along with parking info.

This place was in a quiet location and easy to get to. It was great for our family size with plenty of room. We liked staying together instead of in a hotel setting for our quick overnight stay. We had a nice visit & would recommend this place!

The property was easy to find and easy to check in and check out. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. We heard the upstairs tenants but they were quiet, no loud tv or talking noises, just moving around. Great block to walk the dog. We will definitely stay here again!

In town visiting family this was the perfect spot to rest for the night. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. Would stay here again next time were in town.

I’m a bit in the fence about this rental. The apartment was large, in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find and generally clean. But as some of the past reviews have stated, the apartment is in need of a deep clean. The bathroom fixtures were very clean but the walls were rather gross. They were dirty near the sink and mirror plus paint had chipped off in some areas including on the door. The bathroom ceiling was old and in need of repair. In the living room, the large blue chair needs to be thrown away. One look at the cushion and you know this thing is ready for the dump. The couch has an area where you sink in, too. The windows badly need to be cleaned. Some TLC could do wonders for this place!

Wonderful stay

Accomdations were great. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Jacob was quick to answer any questions we had. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

We arrived around dinner and left before breakfast so very quick. Beds were comfy, the house is older so seemed it was is pretty good condition. Host responded quickly in most cases. Quaint little town

Very clean, perfectly adequate for our needs while attending a workshop. Well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. I especially appreciate that this rental was dog friendly. Got our check in info a touch late (after we arrived) but that was easily remedied once I messaged the host in the app. I would absolutely stay here again.
