Wall of windows!! Every room is ocean front! Best views on The beach - largest beach front in PCB with 1500 feet of sand!!!

We have the best resort in Panama City Beach! Beach Therapy located at The Dunes Of Panama is gated, has 3 pools (one heated in cooler months), tennis, basketball, corn hole, and shuffleboard courts, along with beach volleyball. We have a gym, 2 tiki bars, and a restaurant all on property. Our clubhouse can also be reserved if available.

This resort requires renters to be at least 25 so if you're looking for craziness and all-night partying this probably isn't for you. Calendars and pricing will be up and running in about a week or so!! We have openings!! We have 2 units on the 6th floor, 1 on the 5th and 1 on the first so I assure you we can accommodate your needs!

Parking right out the back door so no long hikes to your car and no overly long-dreaded elevator waits!

Need an idea for a GREAT holiday destination? Fireworks over the water on New Year's Eve are breathtaking and a memory that will last a lifetime!

Fabulous, Wonderful, Amazing, Home away from home!!!!!

We have been snowbirds since 2021 and this is the first time we have rebooked to the same place. The view is exceptional and cannot be equaled - Oceanfront from every room. We used the balcony off the master almost more than the main balcony. It was protected from the wind but in full sun so was warm. Awesome sunsets were off the main balcony at night. Beds were comfortable and furniture was comfortable with plenty of seating for the 10 people it accommodates. What can I say about the kitchen but if you need something it’s there. All sizes and good quality cookware - pans, baking dishes etc, plates of all sizes, bowls of all sizes, glass and plastic drinking glasses, wine glasses, crockpots, food processor, single serve ninja blenders, high power blender, stand mixer and serving dishes/plates for entertaining! We didn’t need a work space but there is a built in desk if needed. Kathy is amazing!!! Any questions and a text will be answered very quickly. Rest assured this is the right place for you!!!

I don’t think we could put into words how amazing this place really is!!! The view was absolutely breathtaking! Being able to see all the beauty from each room, living space, and the kitchen was absolutely amazing! Oh not to mention the sunset view on the main balcony knocks this place out of the park!! Everything you need is readily available and not to mention Kathy is the truly the sweetest! She checked in and making sure our stay was blissful! Best condo ever!!

This condo is unbelievable! We have never stayed in a nicer condo at the beach! What views!!! In EVERY room!!! Huge king beds in nice size bedrooms! Large TVs! Everything you could want is at your fingertips!!! Fireplace!!! 2 balconies!! Kids loved it!! Steps from the beach! Tiki at the pool!!! Several pools!! Beach chairs were spread out!!! Lots of space so people were not on top of each other!!! Can’t say enough good stuff about this place!! Very nice people!! No long elevator waiting for the win!! Everything they said it would be and more!!! Highly recommend

We had a great stay at Kathy’s condo. Amazing views of the gulf from every room. Condo was very well stocked. Furniture was very comfortable. You don’t find recliners in many rentals. Kathy is a great host and very responsive.

Best unit in the condo!

Fifth floor and corner unit lent itself to breathtaking views from every room. Always looked forward to having our morning coffee on the balcony where we could see for miles on the beautiful Panama City Beach. Always knew what the flag color was for the day before we even stepped out onto the beach. We also loved having use of 2 beach chairs and umbrella everyday during our stay. Another fun area was the nearby pool which included the tiki shack where we ordered fabulous drinks while lounging in and around the pool. (So refreshing on those extra hot days.) Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

Outstanding!

I cannot say enough about how perfect this condo is! The views are breathtaking!! We didn’t want or need a thing while we were there. The communication with the owner was prompt and professional. My favorite condo in the world

This condo has everything!!! The deep soaker tub is out of this world! The condo itself is fabulous. I could live here!! Everything I could possible want is right there!! Every gadget every spice!!! Huge condo like a house with ever room having an ocean view!! Loved the pools! The large ones were cold just like I like them! The small one was heated like a bathtub! I prefer March over June very few people to deal with. Lots of nearby places to eat and shop. The owner was so nice and the condo was everything she said and more! Thank you Kathy for a wonderful vacation!!! I will be back!!!! You are my new go to person!! Thank you thank you!!! I will recommend to everyone!!!!!!! Just wow!!!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our property is one of 5 buildings. We are the low rise of only 7 floors! No overly long dreaded elevator waiting. (Always ask before you book about elevator waits
 how many floors! And where is parking! We have onsite parking in a gated resort so no hike to the car! Who wants to hike to the car and have issues getting in and out?!

The sand is just a few steps away! We have 3 pools! We have lots of amenities like tennis basketball shuffleboard and corn hole courts
 beach volleyball, swings for kiddos—a workout room- 2 tiki bars one full service with entertainment and so much more!!

We are near restaurants on The quiet end of the beach. We avoid much of the craziness because we are a “must be 25 to rent” resort.
