There's a one time Laketown Wharf Resort fee of $103 per reservation that covers parking for 2 cars & mandatory wristbands. It is to be paid directly to the resort. The resort fee grants access to all the amenities at Laketown Wharf to include the 5 pools, hot tubs, and fitness center. Wristbands need to be worn during your stay and have smart technology that opens the doors to the pools and fitness center. One week prior to the start of your reservation you will receive a link to register with Laketown Wharf and pay the resort fee. Once paid you will be able to print out up to 2 parking passes to placed on your vehicles's dashboard upon arrival.

There is a paid parking lot operated by the City of Panama City Beach if you are planning to bring more than 2 vehicles located at 9941 Thomas Drive (Across from Ripley's Believe it or not/walking distance to Laketown Wharf). Guests and visitors can park and pay on the go through the Passport Parking mobile app. Parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12.00 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate, as well, for $84.00.

Amazing place!!

Had a great time staying here! The host was very helpful with check in and check out procedures. The condo was full stocked with everything you could need which was awesome. The place was clean and organized and had a beautiful view of the beach. Will definitely be booking through here again!

Family Vacation

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. We have been going to PCB for years, staying in LTW the last few years, but this was our first time staying in this condo. We absolutely loved the views and all of the little things the owners included in the condo that most do not!! That was a huge bonus!!

Amazing host & Beautiful condo

It was amazing, we had no difficulties with absolutely anything and it was super tidy and clean. Ivan, our host was absolutely wonderful and always made sure everything was going well. Absolutely nothing bad to say. I will be booking with him again:)

Wonderful place to stay

A++++ Property was very clean and as described with a great view of the gulf. The condo was stocked with almost everything you could possibly need for your time there. Also the host was quick to respond and very accommodating when we needed to extend out check out time a bit due to our flights. Plan to stay there next time for sure if available. One of the best experiences we have had. .

Perfect vacation destination for all ages

This vacation was perfect to celebrate my son’s 17th birthday plenty to do for all ages. The host Ivan did an amazing job with all the checking in & out details. He even thought of all of the little things to add to the home that you may have forgotten. The place was clean inside & out. Will definitely recommend & would rebook if we ever visit PCB again.

Hey! My name is Ivan. I grew up in Chicago and attended Loyola University - Chicago where I earned my bachelors degree in International Studies and Psychology. I took a gap year and traveled to some pretty cool places around the world before returning to hit the books and eventually joining the Army. I’m proud to serve as a Medical Service officer. I enjoy all types of outdoor activities. I also have a very energetic Doberman Pincher who is pretty clingy but I don’t mind him at all.
