The unit is the perfect place to crash and chill between doing all the cool activities around Sugar and Banner Elk. After all our years of Vrbo and others, it was weird having to pick up a physical key from an office and have to drop it back off. Never realized how much I prefer simply having a code w/o the extra time and planning of visiting an office.Upon arrival we were thrown by a sign taped to the refrigerator saying "Out of Order - Sorry," but we were relieved that it was the ice maker not working and not the entire fridge. They were nice enough to include a counter-top ice maker - which was great for us as we know how to use one. It might be tough for others as there were no instructions left with it.The unit was immaculate with everything we needed for our weekend stay. It was very clean and had all the towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. There may need to be a "step-by-step" guide for operating the TV set-up. Again, we're familiar with the Roku and apps, but some older folks may be at a loss. When we returned from a day out, we found the unit had no electricity. We called the emergency weekend phone number and a nice gentleman asked a few questions and said he'd be there shortly. After about 10 minutes the power popped back on. I called the number again to let him know if was working, and he was appreciative of the call and glad we had power again.Overall, a great experience and would stay again (but would be much happier if keyless with a code).
