Full Private Bathroom with a Shower/Tub and plenty of storage! There is a fully equipped Kitchenette that includes: Refrigerator/freezer, coffeemaker, Crock Pot, Hot Plate, Microwave, Toaster Oven, and dishes/cooking utensils/pots & pans. This was exactly what my son and I needed for our beach trip. Close range to all activities planned. The Olive Garden next door was a bonus and in walking distance . We will be back next year.

Okay Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental itself was in a good location and it was easy to check in and out. I will say that the floors were extremely dirty upon check in and our feet were black. When I went to look for a mop of some sort the only one there available for guests was so dirty, as well as the mop bucket. We just wore shoes the whole time. The bathroom drawers could not be opened because of the broken and off-centered cabinet. One of the lights by the sofa did not work and the sliding door did not lock. The room was crammed so I dont recommended 4 people for this room. Even with small children it felt so small. We did enjoy the pool though so that was a plus! It was nice and super clean. When we checked out (1.5 hours early), we came face to face with I'm guessing the cleaning lady who stared at us the entire time we were trying to get out stuff out as if she was rushing us out. The area is fine, but it takes FOREVER to get to the beach because of the traffic. Better off booking beachside. To me, this place was not worth the money.

Wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was super nice. Very clean, extremely cozy. The curtains were extremely effective at blocking out light if desired. Legacy was very responsive and accommodating. The area is very nice as well, about 7-10minutes from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and other stuff close by.

We had a good time on our short trip. The room had everything we needed and was a perfect size for my Wife and I. The pool was great and its located near many attractions and beaches. Only down side was the floor could have been cleaned better.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay wasn't to far from the beach lots of resturants to eat at near by the only 2 things that I had to complain about first the wifi was not working when we got there so I had to try to get it to work and bathroom tub had hair in drain kinda gross but other than that it was great
