Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Loved staying here. We showed up with provisions so never had to get back in the car after we checked in. We just enjoyed the access to the mountain and our stay.

Great location - short walk to Sachem

Stayed for Prez weekend 2025. Overall was just right for what we were looking for in a ski vacation. It is about 50 yards from the Sachem trail, so easy to stop back for lunch or a break. The condo is a bit dated and well used but was quite comfortable for our group of 9. The pictures are accurate. We have stayed at 5 or 6 other places at Okemo and would book this again for a ski trip largely because it is so convenient.

Great Location & Comfortable

Although nicely located and well appointed, we were there for 5 nights and had no cable tv connection in any of the 3 bedrooms for 4 of the 5 nights. Vacasa help was called/texted with for the 4 days and then on the evening of the 4th day cable was restored in the bedrooms. Cable was important since skiing was really a wash w/the warm and rainy weather. The accommodations were nice and we only wanted for more toilet paper which we went and bought ourselves. Lack of response to our cable issue was disheartening since it reflects a lack of concern for vacationers who are spending a good deal of money and their concerns not being addressed in a timely manner.

1980’s Condo

We loved that it is an end unit and a very short walk to Sachem Trail. It’s well furnished with plenty of dishes in the kitchen (although no stemmed wine glasses). Overall it’s and old condo from the 1980’s. It’s all electric (including the heat and hot water). The kitchen has been updated with partial bathroom updates as well. When we arrived there was no running water (including hot water). We called management and a maintenance man came by 3 hrs. later. So we had no hot water for 4 hrs. by the time the electric water tanks started to heat up. During our stay, the roof leaked from ice damming. We called management and they promptly sent over someone to clear the roof of snow. The walls, ceiling, windows and door are stained from prior leaks. Good thing there was a bucket in the closet to catch the dripping water. In the end the unit was adequate for our needs, but we would not rent it again.

Great family ski week

Nice place in a great ski on / off location. Well appointed and quiet spot. Good quality kitchen, nice beds, comfortable living and dining space all made this a relaxing spot. Short walk to sachem trail made for easy in and out during ski days. The only watch out is that the trails to get to sachem and down from it are a bit more challenging than novice greens so true beginners could struggle.
