We had a great spring break. Condo was very nice and clean. Beach view was great. We even got to watch Artemis ll launch while we were there. Pool was a little cool a couple of days but did warm back up. Hot tub heater was not working while we were there

The Aruba Condominium property is well-appointed and maintained. Our host Stephanie was extremely helpful with answering any questions, responding promptly. The unit was clean and well-equipped upon arrival, and the pool area was clean and had plenty of seating. I do think the property should have gas grills available by the concrete area by the hot tub.This is our second time at the Aruba and plan to come again.

Mid winter warm up

This place was everything we hoped it would be! It was clean and had plenty of room for our family. Direct access to the pool and beach with a great view to watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning! The perfect winter getaway!

Clean and full of all amenities needed!

This place was very clean and had everything we needed for our beach vacation! No need to bring anything - toys, chairs, wagon all provided! Will definitely be back

We stayed here for a dance nationals competition and this condo could not have been more ideal. Being on the first floor made getting to and from the pool so easy — no elevator waits, no hauling stuff up and down stairs. Also super easy access to the underground parking garage.The ocean views from the living room were an awesome bonus, since first floor units don't always get great views. The pool fencing is clear too, so you can still see the beach, and having the pool and hot tub right there made evenings easy to unwind. We also used the fitness center a few times.The condo itself was spotless and clearly well cared for, not just cleaned in a hurry between guests. It was stocked with everything you could need — beach chairs, beach games, a wagon, an air mattress, laundry detergent, sunscreen, and plenty of cooking basics like olive oil. We brought stuff we didn't even need!Communication with the host was top notch — extremely responsive to every question.Location was unbeatable — a minute's walk to the beach, right next to the pier.Exactly what our family needed. We'd book again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo

The condominium was great for our extended family to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. We rented three different condos on the first floor and the convenience of having such easy access to the pool made for perfect time together, particularly watching the beautiful sunrises!

Perfect location

We planned this family trip last year and we had so much fun. The condo was perfect for our grandchild being on the bottom floor. We walked out directly to the pool. The condo was decorated nicely and we had all the comforts of home. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

We absolutely LOVED staying here! The condo itself was so nice and cozy ! The only “issue” we had was a few of the staff were not so friendly at the end of our trip. Other than that it was great! We will be back!

Great location and Comfortable Condo

We had a diverse group that included a 3 year old, 4 20-somethings, my hubby and I plus our daughter-in-law's mom who has stage 4 cancer and uses a wheelchair. The home made it easy for everyone to have a great time & go to the beach. Parking was easy. We were close to great restaurants, Crabby Joe's on the pier became a fast favorite. The home had everything we needed and the host communicated well. We had an enjoyable week's stay!

A Delightful Condo

This property is a rare jewel. I’ve never seen such a well-stocked kitchen. The accommodations were as advertised. There were always plenty of chairs by the pool. The views from first floor are spectacular. It is a 5+ Condo.

Perfect Stay

We could not have asked for a better experience at this property. the location was perfect !!! It easily fit our family of 8. We loved the condo. It’s was beautiful. Walking right out to the pool and the beach was a huge benefit. Communication with Stephanie was also excellent. We highly recommend this property and will definitely book it again !!!!! 5 stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful condo

Communication with Stephanie excellent. Condo and Aruba condos lovely. Beautiful sunrises on balcony. Pool was warm and clean. Hot tub wonderful. Furnishings in condo comfortable- king bed as well. Lovely upscale condo with plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Wide beach with packed sand easy to walk on. Thank you for the loveliest stay we have ever had in Daytona beach shores and New Smyrna beach areas.

Amenities and more!

Simply perfect! The view, location, utensils, accommodations and so much more! Had a surprise visit from my niece and family; all the children needed for a wonderful time at the beach was here. Our daughter and husband, cousin, plus good friends joined us at separate times during the week and they all loved it here! Outstanding communication with host, Stephanie!

Great Condo!

Really great Condo! Beautifully decorated and awesome back door access to pool deck. Great communication from host! She thought of everything! All of the little added touches made it a very relaxed stay. Host was accommodating when their was a misunderstanding about sleeping arrangements. Great, great, great! Thanks Stephanie!!!

Florida Family Vacation

We spent a week in Daytona Beach Shores. The condo was great. Everything was clean and neat. The “little” touches like shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in the bathrooms, a snack basket and water in the kitchen made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. Checkin was simple and Stephanie answered all questions quickly. The place is nicely decorated and furnished for 8 people to be comfortable. We will be back😀
