Rusty’s Loft in NW Ohio. Cozy chalet with hearth.

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment, with 360 degree views of Farm fields and woods. We kept the walls to a minimum to preserve the views. There is a large wrap around deck with views of the pond. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bathroom is fully furnished with lots of towels and most bathroom necessities including soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues and tp. The space includes a unique queen size bed made of Texas cypress. The couch folds out with a new memory foam mattress and there is a queen air mattress for the third bed. Linens are included. This is just one room, so there is little privacy, but it is very cozy. A nice sitting area allows for games or conversation and the bar has four swivel bar stools for dining. Gliders are available for viewing the animals grazing across the road. Rusty, the steer, and Lexi and Buckeye, the mini horses are fun to watch and meet. The barn across the road is available to explore and also see our six toed cat and the turkey and chickens. The creek on the property runs 1200 feet to the south branch of the Portage river. Hiking trails cover the property and the pond is available to kayak, or swim. There's also a paddle boat for use on the pond. Sunsets are amazing here and the limited light makes star gazing possible. Quiet and remote, Rusty's Loft is the place you've been looking for to unwind and de-stress.
We are both vaxed and boosted. Additionally, we use an ozone generator after the loft is thoroughly cleaned to purify and sanitize the space leaving a fresh clean space for each guest.
We have only rented for a year and everything in the space is nearly new. We have a new hearth with simulated fire and real heat. A faux sheepskin rug makes the space comfy and warm.
