Park City Blackstone 3L is a beautifully remodeled retreat in the heart of sought-after Canyons Village. Just a short stroll to the Cabriolet lift, you'll be whisked to the Village base to enjoy great dining, shopping, and easy ski access. The nearby Canyons Transit Hub offers the free Electric Express shuttle, making it a breeze to explore Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, Deer Valley, and moreâperfect for adventures in any season!
This property offers one-level, 1,188 square feet, two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to eight guests in comfort.
You will enter this home via the garage and then an elevator will take you to the condo floor. When you step into the home, you will be greeted by the main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining areas â with lovely hardwood flooring throughout.
Living Room: This room offers gorgeous contemporary-style furniture, sleeper sofa, a 55â Samsung Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy surrounding mountain views. You'll find outdoor furnishings, a BBQ grill and views of the pool and surrounding area.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space offers stainless steel Viking appliances, quartz countertops, and bar seating for four.
Dining Room: This dining area offers seating for six.
