Gorgeous getaway location
This comfortable space is in a fairly remote spot just outside of town. Definitely need a car. I love the open and light feel of the unit, an incredible view facing a wash right off the patio. I was able to explore for hours right there. It's just 10-15 minutes to the Saguaro national forest, an INCREDIBLE treasure unique to this area (only place in the world!!), all so close to this spot. I was able to visit my favorite places and find new ones without driving far. The living space is so fresh with privacy and view, I was able to enjoy really slowing down and taking in everything around me. On the down side, I didn't know when I booked that the building is shared. It was fine, the couple on the other side were super great and I would have liked to see more of them. But it's a very remote location and expecting the entire building to be your own might be disappointing if you're hoping for true privacy. That being said, I'm glad I didn't know because I would have passed on it and I would have definitely missed out. Just know going in. Also, it's a weird spot and the way the house is split makes it weird to find the front door (patio). It didn't help that I was getting in around 2am. I recommend a few obvious signs to assist the wayfinding. These down sides are not drawbacks and are only worth knowing for setting expectations. I'll be back and hopefully this review doesn't make it harder to book, haha. Thanks for hosting such a beautiful space. I enjoyed it so much.
