Beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse located in the Green Mansions resort community on the private Lake Tripp, just 20 minutes from Lake George. Enjoy the tranquility of a private lake, yet easy access to all the Lake George region has to offer. This cozy townhouse is tastefully decorated with all the Adirondack touches and perfect for a comfortable and relaxing rustic retreat! There are plenty of year-round activities right on property like lake-side beach and swimming, free access to canoes, kayaks, row boats, and paddle boats. Great bass, pan-fish and pike fishing right on Lake Tripp. Tennis courts, basketball courts, and a 9 hole golf course. Hiking trails that end in the High Peaks of Lake Placid. Gore Mountain and Whiteface are close by for a terrific skiing adventure. Relax and enjoy toasting s'mores with the outdoor fire pit or in the winter enjoy hot chocolate fireplace-side.

Ski Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, cozy and perfectly decorated. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for my family of 4.

Great Getaway Property

The property was clean and well stocked. Location was quiet but close to everything. The setting was wooded without being isolated. The lake was walkable and clean with a sand area beach. There were kayaks to borrow. The townhouse is larger than it looks in the pictures. We will definitely stay again.

Worked Great for Us

Stayed 2 nights (2 related couples and an adult son) on the way and way back from Tupper Lake to join more family to watch the April 7 eclipse. Was clean, comfortable, convenient location, well equipped, etc. Near Lake George, North Creek where we dined. Worked very well for our family. Thanks!

Relaxing the weekend away

The property was clean and comfortable. Checkin and out instructions clear. Overall well stocked with kitchen needs. Beds comfy/cozy. Overall will keep this property in mind for future stays.

Perfect getaway

This house was roomy, fully stocked and in a great location. This was a family ski trip. We were just a short drive to Gore and close to a variety of stores and restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Green mansions is the perfect getaway from all the busyness of life. With our sacrificing great amenities of home. Condo was great Location staff at Facility (beach We’re warm and friendly as Well as the neighbors. Lovely home, plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Well furnished with every kitchen item you might need. Plenty of towels. Very nice experience for our family.

Amazing!

This townhouse was everything and more than we had hoped for. Quiet natural environment in the woods with a private small clean lake for swimming and kayaking. Yet only 15 minutes from Lake George’s shops and entertainment. The home is gorgeous while still being comfy and welcoming. We can’t wait to return next year, hopefully for a longer stay.

Lake George Wedding Weekend

Having a wedding to attend in Lake George this last weekend, this Rustic Retreat was the perfect place to relax before and after a busy schedule, and just far enough away from the hustle bustle to make it the Perfect Getaway from our Getaway. Relaxing Rental

This rental is exactly as described! Communication was great and they answered all our questions. The rental was very clean and has everything you could need. It was a great perk that they had a pack and play so there was one less thing to pack. The backyard has a fire pit about ten feet from the back patio. They also had four chairs that you could bring from the patio out to the fire pit. (They had some extra wood there or you can pick some up on your way through Warrensburg at any of the gas stations) . The master bedroom also has a screened in porch with some chairs and a small sofa. A great plus! There are a few trails you can take to the beach area or you can drive your car to the beach. It was great to have both options. We went on Memorial Day weekend so the beach awnings were not up yet. So if you're coming on or before Memorial Day you might want to bring a beach umbrella. They do have beach chairs for you to use which was great. Overall a great place to relax and unwind. WiFi was great, cell service spotty as to be expected as you're in the Adirondacks. Would definitely visit again.

Love the Rustic Retreat

Our group of 5 ladies enjoyed the comforts and coziness of the Rustic Retreat. It was perfect for our group. We loved the owners’ taste in decorating, lighting, and furnishing. 5 of us fit nicely around the kitchen table for meals and game playing. It was well-kept and clean. Communication was prompt and clear with everything clearly delineated for check-in and check out. This rental had all you need for food prep, as well as linens, towels, etc. We didn’t light a fire or use the dvd player or tv, but they were available for use, along with the internet. It was conveniently located to our Black mountain Hike and the Lake George Winter Carnival. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot, and we plan to return.

Wonderful Getaway in Lake George Area

Our family with three children stay in this area every year, and we loved this property. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would love to stay again!
