Our listings are located in Beautiful Wyoming, Oh. All of our units come equipped with a fully furnished 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, full kitchen, living room and dining area. We also offer parking, as well as a coin operated laundry area. We are in walking distance of Historical Homes located in this area, groceries stores, food market, butcher shops, bakery, a tailor, several bars and restaurant, etc. for your enjoyment and entertainment. Great location

Wonderful stay in Cincinnati. Close to everything in a very quaint and quiet neighborhood. The property was a bit dated, but the cleanliness of the unit was superb.

Just Perfect for My Needs

The property owner is super responsive and helpful. The City of Wyoming is amazingly charming. I wish I had more time to dine at the local restaurants. Like last year, this was a busy work week for me and the apartment met my needs perfectly. My second stay and will stay there again next year.

Great stay. It was 15mins from our daughters softball tournament. 15mins from The Greek Festival. Very nice neighborhood. Very welcoming environment. Highly recommend.. if in the area again will stay again.

It was exactly what my son needed, a clean, convenient and spacious apartment with great windows. And the host was really flexible and accommodating when he had to change his schedule. we will definitely book again.

Amazing

Darrick is very helpful and always there to answer any questions. Neighborhood is great and can take a nice walk. Entry to apartment is easy. I enjoy staying at his locations will definitely be back

Perfect no-nonsense place

I wanted a place to myself while visiting family and friends, and this was exactly what I needed. Quiet area but close to the essentials and highway access. Property manager was responsive and friendly. And the price literally could not be beat. I would definitely stay again.

While I will admit. the apartment does appear to be cozy and has a lot of charm. A few issues made the stay hard to enjoy. Dirty utensils, pots, pans, trays, drying rack had dead bugs on it. Old sponges provided and very little washing soap to try to clean things with for yourself, even if you wanted too. Hand soap in bathroom also was practically empty. Creaky floors minus the kitchen. No sugar to make tea or coffee. A lot of random hairs in the shower, towels, and wash cloths. My stay was very short and i ended up checking in very late so once i noticed some of the unpleased things out felt too late at night to call and complain about so many issues but i also want aware of them until the 2nd day and was leaving the day after. Darrick was very pleasant and i do feel like he asked he would have fixed these things however i also feel the apartment should have been checked/ and restocked before making it available to rent. If these issues were guaranteed to be addressed on my next trip i would happily stay there again.

inside of the apartment is great with many nice highlights. Entryway is dirty which means the first impression is not good. The price is right... I would recommend for anyone on a budget.

Back home visit

Spent a week at Derricks place. We’ve lived in Cincinnati before so we knew of the area. It’s a classic apartment dwelling in historic Cincinnati. The building is older but extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful & we took several fall walks. Lots of good eating close by. There is a train track fairly close, but we got used to it. Would recommend this location as a comfortable economic facility.

Great for long term stays

Our son had a four month long internship with an employer in the area. This was a good location to settle into, great place to take a relaxing neighborhood walk, short drive to anything you need. Darrick (owner) was quick to address any issues that arose. It’s an older building and staircase to second floor could use some attention, but the unit itself is comfortable and in good condition especially for a longer term residential use.

Clean, and easy check-in!

Communication was great with owner. The apartment is in a 4-plex and was very clean and easy to get to off the interstate. It is a 2nd floor apartment and it was very hard to my luggage up the stairs without feeling like I would wake each and every neighbor up. The floors in the apartment are loud when you walk no matter how lightly you step. Since I am a night nurse, I am usually awake all night and felt like I could really walk around the apartment on my days off due to this. Otherwise, the apartment is great and I am sure the neighbors are used to hearing someone walk around the upstairs apartment. I was just concerned about being considerate.
