The small town of Lewes offers quaint shops, a variety of restaurants, boating, a lighthouse, colonial and WWII sites, in addition to Delaware Bay beaches and the ocean side Cape Henlopen State Park. It is located a few hours from metropolitan cities, including Washington DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York.
The State Park and Cape May Ferry are on either side of the Cape Shores community, and downtown Lewes is a short 1.5 miles away. Local attractions include bike trails, bike/boat rentals, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skis, nature center, fishing, bay side pier and military history. Nearby, on Route One, enjoy water/amusement parks, outlet shopping, golf, or the Rehoboth Beach & boardwalk, with more activities, shops, excellent restaurants, and family fun.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
