You'll fall in love with this beautiful historic cottage located in the heart of Winter Park. Filled with charming vintage furniture and homey trimmings. Dine in the luminous sunroom, enjoy a cup of tea or a movie in the warm and inviting living room. Two welcoming bedrooms with DreamCloud mattresses and luxurious linens will ensure you a restful night sleep. Don't let the size fool you, the fully equipped kitchen is mighty impressive! The outdoor deck sheltered by the old oak tree is shaded, private and peaceful.
Don't forget to venture out and walk to the core of the lovely Winter Park. This cottage is located 0.4 miles from Park Ave, 0.7 from Central Park with its Saturday Farmers Market and bi-annual Art Festival and 0.9 miles from the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art.

Charm and location

We stayed 4 nights. Hosts responded quickly and were so friendly. We walked daily around the neighborhood, along the lake trails, and through Rollins College. We could have walked to lots of shopping and lots of restaurants if it wasn’t Florida hot and we’d melt! It’s about 30 minutes to the Disney parks and the local museums are very close. Loved the house and would stay again.

Very cozy home. Attention to detail and anticipation of guests’ needs were fantastic! Host left snacks, a couple of laundry pods/dryer sheets, coffee, bathroom toiletries

Lovely Winter Park Home

Beautiful home within walking distance to Lake Virginia, Rollins College and Park Ave restaurants and shopping. The home is spotless with a well stocked and updated kitchen, and great dining and living areas. Nice backyard with deck right of the kitchen for outdoor dining. Welcoming hosts and lots of great information on the area! Hope to be back again!

The most charming cottage

Splendid cottage, so well located, in a wonderful neighborhood. A well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens. The owner was exceptionally responsive to our needs and easy to contact and deal with. All in all, a wonderful stay and getaway from a Northern winter. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home!

The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We did not have the opportunity to cook while visiting but it looked to have plenty of cooking/ eating utensils to be able to make a meal. Has a nice backyard for dogs. The welcome basket was a really nice touch! The home is in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to some great places to eat and shop. The owner was very attentive any time we had questions.

Quiet & Quaint

This charming little bungalow is in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance from Park Avenue and the beautiful Rollins College campus. The neighborhood is so conveniently located and lovely for walking. The home was equipped with everything we needed; comfortable beds, fluffy towels and all the conveniences of home. We loved the sunlight in the morning, the decor and special touches all around the home - lots of character! The hosts were easy to work with and very responsive to our questions and needs. We can happily recommend this property and would certainly stay here again.

Winter Park Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage. I was traveling with my two small children for my daughter’s wedding. Everything was perfect and I felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood. The internet went out while we were there, but the owners proactively fixed it before I even knew it was a problem. Everything was wonderful and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for making it a great visit!

Home Away From Home!

We traveling from Texas for a full week to enjoy the holidays. This charming cottage provided the perfect setting on a cozy quiet street with a nice size fenced in yard for our dogs. The location is in the heart of Winter Park in walking distance from Park Ave! We had an amazing stay over our holiday vacation! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Great stay!

We came from California and stayed at this charming cottage for 4 days. It was super cute, clean and had everything we needed. Elisa was super accommodating. The cottage is located on a nice quiet street in Winter Park. We were able to walk in to town. I would highly recommend Elisa's cottage and would stay here in the future!

Winter Park Charm

House is in a great location. So much charm and wonderful amenities. Elise is wonderful to deal with and made sure everything during our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this house to someone looking for a little pied-a-terre in the heart of Winter Park.

Great location!

Often at rentals you get the feeling that the rental is stocked with “hand me downs” from the owner’s primary residence, which I get. Not so with this VRBO. The good quality linens, towels and household items really elevate the experience. It is nicely decorated and in a great location. Foxtail or Barnie’s coffee nearby, lots of great restaurants or Publix/Trader Joe’s/Whole Foods within five miles if you want to do your own cooking. We had a great stay. Highly recommend!

This little cottage stole my heart. Winter Park provides a more to human scale living than any other larger city in Florida. The charming downtown with its avenues, boulevards and green spaces offers a wide array of unique shops, restaurants and cafes. Walkable spaces and sense of community permeates the lovely atmosphere.

The proximity to the downtown, the historic neighborhood, the diverse architecture, the abundant tree canopy and old brick streets are just the perfect setting for this little cozy cottage. The small yet comfortable and renovated spaces, the many windows and natural light, the shaded backyard are only some of the perks.
