WI River-Boom Lake cottage on spacious lot, water on 3 sides, kayaks, fire pit

Located on the Wisconsin River chain around the corner from Boom Lake and Hodag Park. Easy access from Hwy 47. Boat or snowmobile for miles in either direction. Our four season cottage is ten steps from the water with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining table for 6, Wifi and gas fireplace. The property is a little over an acre with water on 3 sides. No steps to the water!

In summer months, there are 4 docks overlooking the chain and a quiet bay, swimming area with nice sandy bottom, 2 kayaks available, paddle boat, yard games, hammocks, three person swing to enjoy your coffee or book by the water, a gas grill or jump on your boat and visit 4 bar/restaurants on the river. Firewood is provided.

New for June 2022: we have the option for you to rent a pontoon boat for an extra charge. Please message me if you are interested. Once you see all the boats going by, you’re going to want to join in on the fun!

In the winter, ice fish and watch your tip ups from the comfort of the cottage. Bring your snowmobiles and have immediate access to the trails that run right by.

Please note: like most cottages close to the water, there is a high iron concentration in our water. We recommend bringing your own drinking water and bagged ice to consume.

This is our family cottage that we rent occasionally and is pet friendly - message if you are interested.

Perfect Family Getaway

Perfect getaway for our family of four and dogs. The property is secluded and beautiful. Having access to the boats and kayaks was amazing! House is cute and clean. Loved every minute of our stay and will be back.

Relaxing Cottage

We stayed at this beautiful cottage for our wedding weekend, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The views were absolutely stunning, and it was very peaceful. We didnt have time for any water activities but this is a great spot if thats what your looking for!

Quick 3 night getaway to relax!

Very nice, simple and well done cottage. It was so clean and well supplied with anything we needed (spices, olive oil, shampoo,kleenex, etc). Also, great communication with Krissy:) The property is amazing being right on the point and surrounded by water on 3 sides. Water toys too! We LOVED it !

Had a blast ice fishing!

We stayed here once in the summer and knew we had to come back in the winter and try our luck at ice fishing. You are basically surrounded by water just a few feet from the cabin. We setup our tip-ups and could watch them from inside. Couple bars you can walk to across the ice too. Lots of fun was had. Fun unique property!

This was the cutest cottage right on the water. It was SUPER clean and had all the amenities we needed. The boat was the highlight of the trip! Close to rhinelander and minocqua for quick trips into town.

Relaxation

This cottage gave us the relaxation opportunity we wanted. We had our boat at the dock right outside the front door and were easily able to enjoy many things the river had to offer. The inside of the cottage was clean, comfortable, and had windows on every side to enjoy the views of nature.

Heaven on Rhinelander

Our second stay here was once again, perfect. Upon arrival, the cabin was spotless. I have been up and down the river many, many times, and I cannot find a better location than this place. The cabin has everything you need, and more, for a perfect getaway. I highly, highly recommend this cabin, nit only for the cabin, but for the host as well.

Great view and cozy cottage

The cottage was well maintained and there were plenty of amenities to take advantage of—kayaks, row boat, fire pit and gas grill. The mosquitoes were fierce so only one fire during our stay. The cottage was clean and bed was comfortable. Thanks for a great trip!

Highly recommend this adorable cottage

We stayed a week at the Wisconsin River Boom Lake cottage. It was very relaxing, starting the day with coffee by the river. Later taking out the pontoon which is so convenient to rent right on the property, eating at nearby restaurants and taking in a water ski show. Krissy was very easy to work with, answers questions right away, to supplying a slow cooker when asked for one. Very clean, comfortable cottage. Highly recommend this cottage. .
