Inside is sitting for 6 at the dining table, 4 more at the kitchen bar plus outside is another table for dining al fresco. What a perfect home to enjoy the Hollidays or treat your family with a Florida vacation at any time of the year.
Located in West Bradenton and just remodeled to meet and exceed expectations. Baseball fans? You'll be within 5 minutes of the Pittsburg Pirates Spring Training Ballpark and games start in February!
The pool is heated to 83 degrees and the hot tub is a bubbling 103 degrees.
A covered patio, outdoor grilling area, large yard and deck plus a sparkling outdoor shower complete the scene.
As you walk in the door you will be greeted by a combination of luxury, coziness and comfort plus a wall of windows to watch the activities by the pool. The master bedroom has a king bed, guest bedroom has a queen and the kiddies will enjoy the bedroom with two twins.

Just as advertised and one of the cleanest and well stocked homes we have stayed at over the years. Ben was quick to respond and so accommodating as needed. Will stay here again for sure.

Very satisfied with our stay. It was in the perfect location for my spouse to attend business meetings at the business center
. less than a 5 minute drive. The backyard was fenced which was perfect our dog. The home was very clean and will stocked. Every thing was well thought out to ensure our stay was seamless. Benjamin was quick to respond to questions and allowed us to stay beyond our check out time when my spouse’s meeting went over time. Highly recommend this home.

Best vacation rental ever!!!

The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need! Location was fantastic! We loved that the Master bedroom/bath were separate from the rest of the house! Perfect for family stays that have varied sleep schedules. Also the outdoor shower was fantastic for getting the last bits of beach sand off before enjoying the pool.

Great stay!

We visit Florida every year. This year becuase of the damage from the hurricane we decided to stay inland. The house of beautiful, pool was amazing, our kids really loved the pool, we ate dinner outside on the patio, Benjamin was very responsive. It’s only a 35 minute drive to Anna Maria beach. We will come again!

Perfect Pool Home

We rented this house for a short after Christmas vacation for the family. We loved the house, completely renovated, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The house itself was already beautiful but the backyard just topped everything off. Beautiful pool and hot tub with outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen for bbq. A little piece of paradise.

Bradenton Vacay

The neighborhood did not feel safe. We saw police twice during the evening hours investigating domestic disputes with the neighbors. The home and pool are beautiful but the houses surrounding it are unkempt.

I’d stay again

House was great for 4 adults and 1 child. Classy remodeling, even the pool. Host was responsive and helpful. Hopefully the neighborhood will catch up to this home as it’s older and in need of some TLC.

Great Winter Getaway!

We loved our month-long vacay at this beautiful home. Our group was four adults and one dog. Because of bedrooms being on both sides of the house, each couple had plenty of privacy and space. The kitchen and living area were spacious and well appointed. However, the pool, hot tub and backyard were the highlight of our stay. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the Florida sun. Our dog had the best time playing in the yard! House is centrally located, allowing travel to other parts of the gulf. Plenty of stores and shopping nearby.

Beautiful home with heated pool/hot tub

We spent a lot of time at the house enjoying the pool and hot tub and entertaining using the outdoor kitchen and seating area. The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. All appliances were in good condition. The house looked just like the online pictures!

Nice home!

The house was VERY CLEAN and the property manager was very responsive. There was an issue with the hot tub but he quickly resolved it. This property is definitely the nicest house in the area. Very close to nice restaurants. The only issue was we had to run the AC to keep the house from smelling stuffy. Typical due to Florida humidity. Great backyard if you have a pet!

Visit to Bradenton, FL

Needed a place to stay for attending my nephew's wedding in Bradenton Florida. Economically, we found this lovely rental that was right between the church and the venue. It worked out perfectly. The pool does not have railings for senior citizens but we pushed a stable chair close by to aid us into the pool. It was heated to a very comfortable temp. It was so refreshing! The host was very quick to get back to us if we had any problems and we found Benjamin to be very accommodating to our needs and concerns. The house was equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this rental to anyone needing a pleasant stay in the town of Bradenton. Thank you Benjamin for your excellent hospitality.

Pet Friendly Environment

My animals absolutely loved their stay. It’s a nice home, with plenty of space for everyone in the house. The outside dining area was spectacular. We also enjoyed the pool/spa, and had a very positive experience at this location.

Great!

This was our second time staying here and both times were great. It has everything you need and more right there at the house. They really have thought of everything. We had a problem with the hot tub heater and we called and they had it fixed same day! Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend

Beautiful private getaway

The house is immaculate, beautifully remodeled and furnished, but most of all, very functional. Kitchen has everything appliance-wise and a ton of space. Pristine and modern bathrooms. Top notch everything, all the way down to the AC unit. Backyard is large, private and very functional. Pool, in-ground spa, as well as landscaping are fantastic as well. Everything functioned as expected, not a single issue with anything over our entire stay. Close proximity to the island, as well as shopping, dining etc. House is located in the older area of town, but definitely a gem in the community.

Bradenton Family Vacation

This property was such a gem! Very clean and nicely updated. The backyard and pool were a dream. We spent so much time out there. We really appreciated the dog station. The showers were wonderful. Everyone was very comfortable and had a lovely time. It's only a short drive to just about anywhere you might want to go. The owner was VERY responsive!! We had a question and a small issue during our stay, and both were handled almost immediately. We so appreciated that. We would definitely recommend this home and will stay here again if we're in the area.
