Hi Joni, we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the property! We sincerely apologize to hear about the cockroaches. This has not been an issue before as HOA completes pest control treatments. Guest satisfaction is our top priority, and we always strive to address any concerns as promptly as possible. Regarding the issues you mentioned, we’d like to clarify a few points for future reference. The fixtures were in good working order during the previous guest’s stay, but we understand that wear and tear can occur. When you informed us about the loose bathroom fixture, we immediately dispatched our handyman to resolve the issue. As for the dishwasher, after your report, it was inspected and found to be functioning properly. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, as reflected in our other reviews. Had you brought any concerns about cleanliness to our attention during your stay, we would have promptly sent our cleaning team to address them. Unfortunately, we did not receive any such communication from you. Additionally, you mentioned issues with the screen door in your review, but this was not communicated to us during your stay. We encourage open and timely communication to ensure that any issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently. Lastly, we appreciate transparency regarding the number of guests staying on the property. When booking, you mentioned that only one person would be staying, but later, additional guests were brought in without prior notice. It’s important for us to be aware of the total number of occupants to ensure that we provide the best possible experience. Thank you again for choosing our property.
