Great and comfortable house and neighborhood

The property was amazing!! Very easy self check in. The house was very clean and spotless. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were extra spacious, the kitchen was wonderful. The basement was so great with the arcade games and pool table and the workout room was such a great addition. The basement was listed as 1/2 finished, but even the part that was not quite ready was still in very decent shape. The owner was fast to respond, very pleasant, and had all of our needs taken care of, plenty of towels, and toiletries. I had my 40th birthday party here, about 25-30 guest attended. Gerald was so kind and did not try to overcharge or take advantage like others, he was kind and understanding, the house never seemed overcrowded and the neighborhood was just a great atmosphere for the event. I don’t overdue it anyway, but Gerald just asked that we clean up and that’s what we did. Thanks for such a great experience. I would definitely stay here again! Oh and btw the back porch was a treat, washer and dryer, I just can’t say enough of how great the place was. Thanks again for a great stay.

Nice neighborhood

The location and neighborhood was great near shops/restaurants, close to Truist Park, also close to downtown ATL. The owner was responsive and nice to work with; the check-in process was seamless. However, the cleanliness of the home was lacking (specifically the bathrooms and kitchen were dirty- including surfaces and floors), the toilet in the 1/2 bathroom stopped working the last day of our stay. I recommend that a cleaning service be used monthly to keep the house clean and presentable. The extra airbeds and futon provided were helpful for our families' sleeping arrangements. However, some of the beds were on the floor without boxsprings or a platform making it difficult for some of our older family members to get in and out of the bed. It would have been nice to know about this before reserving. We could not get the 2 TVs upstairs to work but the ones downstairs worked fine. The extra seating provided in the kitchen is useful for large groups.

Omg I can’t believe you wrote all this nonsense about my house and you said I was a nice and responsive but you didn’t call me or text not once!. The 3 TV’s downstairs has cable so you probably had no problem working them, However, the TV’s upstairs you have to stream meaning it don’t have cable but you can watch movies and Netflix etc. 2 of the bedrooms have platform beds meaning they sit low to the floor that it clearly show you that in all the pics of the bedrooms in the link that I provided over 50 pictures so don’t no box spring go to this style of bed… I’m sorry you didn’t pay that any attention with an older group! !My kitchen and bathrooms are clean everything in the kitchen is brand new so I’m curious to know what was dirty because I do have a professional cleaner and I saw the place before you came? The half bathroom chain was broken so it stop flushing for you the second day, but did you call me to address any of your problems? No you didn’t and I’m so disappointed you didn’t call…Clearly things happen because it was all find the first day for you it took me 3 seconds to hook the chain back up to the handle!!!

The house was exactly what we needed. Gerald was very responsive.

OVERALL, THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. WE'VE LISTED THIS HOME AS OUR GO TO FOR OUR ANNUAL RETREAT UNLESS WE INCREASE IN NUMBERS.

Uncle’s 50th birthday at The Battery Atlanta

This host was amazing. Excellent on communication. Response to minor concerns addressed immediately. The home was absolutely beautiful. My family was very comfortable. The space was perfect for both adults and kids in our party. Neighborhood is beautiful. No problems with the neighbors to our knowledge. We certainly plan to book again in future.

Comfortable stay

Overall it was a comfortable stay. We had plumbing issues and the host fixed it swiftly while we were away. Shower pressure could be improved.
