This is an entire independent floor/apt with 2 beds, kitchen, bath, & living room. For a group, you would be hard pressed to find a better deal in such close proximity (2 mins) to Seaside Park. This is an older home in a quiet neighborhood that is racially diverse, mixed industrial/residential, and in some areas not as well kept as others. However, the apartment is clean, rather spacious, and stocked for longer stays. Seaside Park is the main attraction for our out of town visitors and provides excellent walking, jogging, biking, and lounging at beach.
We had a great stay at this VRBO. It matched the pictures and was very clean. Plenty of space and cute. Host was so great with instructions and gave great recommendations, we had no issues whatsoever so we didnât have to reach out other than check in and check out. As three women traveling without any men, we felt safe in the area and had no trouble finding close parking. Beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet at night. If we ever come back to Bridgeport, we will definitely consider this housing option again.

Clean and cozy
Old but charming. Very clean and comfortable. Master bed unsleepable. However, other bedroom and mattresses comfotable. Rough industrial neighborhood. Ocean nearby but traveled to go to beach. Owner very responsive.
Plenty of room in this 3rd floor house just a block from Sea Side Beach. Close to I-95 for visiting the area. You can see the sound from 2 windows in the unit. Good value. Neighborhood in transition. Michael was very quick and helpful with questions and dining suggestions. Great weather in Connecticut for this Kansas couple.
We had mixed feelings about this stay. On the positive side, the price was good. The kitchen was newly renovated and the apartment was spacious. The shower pressure was fantastic (though very small!). The internet is fast and reliable. The owner, Mike, was kind and responsive. On the downside, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has 3 flights of stairs going up. The listing notes that there are 2 flights of stairs uncovered so we knew to expect that, but I wouldnât recommend this apartment for young children because of this. Other than this, the decor, linens and towels all donât match the kitchen in style and quality and feel thrown together. The beds themselves were pretty uncomfortable due to the cheap linens and cheap mattress. The kitchen had the basics (once again, mostly cheap) but nothing beyond that. The apartment smelled very strongly of cleaning products for the first two days but there was a ton of dust we noticed (behind the couch for example) that flared up our allergies. We also had a situation where the downstairs rental was occupied by drunken college kids who puked all over the shared stairs (!!), but we appreciated how Mike handled the issue. Overall, an ok stay for the price, but there is a lot of room for improvement.
If you are ok with some steep stairs to get to this apartment, it is a find given its proximity to Seaside Park and the UB campus.
Two bedrooms, full kitchen, solid wifi and a very responsive host.
Cute apartment close to park. We were staying for 2 nights for a concert. There are some stairs so be prepared to climb. Air conditioner in 1 bedroom and main living area, front bedroom only had a stand up fan but it worked well. Plenty of street parking. Would stay again
My significant other and I had a great experience as a guest with Mike! Mike was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The unit itself is very spacious and clean! The surrounding neighborhood is in a bit of a renovation process, but it is very conveniently located in proximity to the Webster Bank arena!
