Superb 3 BR Townhome in Cascade Village w/Bikes, Shared Spa, Sauna & Cold Plunge

Perfect for the whole family, this wonderfully appointed, professionally managed, 1624 sq. ft., three-bedroom townhome is situated within walking distance of the luxury amenities of Cascade Village and nearby Lionshead and Vail Villages. You'll enjoy sunny southern exposures and a convenient, yet secluded, setting overlooking Gore Creek.

If you are here for skiing, there is no better location! Skip the lines and parking costs and take the short walk to Chair 20 at Cascade Village. There you will ride to the top of Vail Mountain. After the slopes, enjoy the community, year round spa and sauna a stones throw from the condo entry.

Don't forget, Vail is just as impressive in the summer as it is in the winter! Hike, bike, and fly fish in the gold medal waters of Gore Creek all within walking distance of this charming property. If you prefer to take a ride to Lionshead or even Vail Village, you can hop on the free shuttle located in Cascade Village.

About the property/complex:

The main access to the condo is up a short flight of stairs bringing you over the 1 car garage. From the entry there is a small flight of stairs up to the main level which includes the main living area, kitchen, powder room and master suite. A small flight of stairs down from the entry will bring you to the lower level which includes the queen suite, twin room, shared bath and laundry.

Weekend in Vail for Work

The property was excellent! Spacious with high ceilings, and only a few steps away from Hyatt. Beautiful views of the creek off the dining room, and so much natural light. The hosts were super communicative, and made it a point to check in each day to see how things were going. I would definitely stay again!

Great location next to Creek with big windows. Rented equipment at Venture Sports in the Grand Hyatt with walk out access to Cascade lift. Easy way to ski Vail.

Great property & location

This is the second time we rent the apartment. The property is in great condition and the location is amazing. Kids had a wonderful time with the river so close and Donovan Park just a short walk away.

Three day ski

I have stayed at this property before. Everything was as expected. The condo was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, and a great location for ski rental and lift. The property managers did a great job of communicating with me. I hope to return to this property in the future.

Vail - President’s week

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, had enough space for all of us, the chairlift is about a 5 minute walk and the community hot tub is right next to the Condo. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

Our stay during vacation was incredible. The wonderful property management made certain our condo was in great condition with all the things we needed during our time there. Their availability to answer questions and make suggestions to us was so helpful. The condo was such a great place for our family of 6.

The property was nice and in a great location. It only took a couple of minutes to get to rentals and the lift. The property manager, Gordon, was accommodating and available. Overall, a great stay.

Clean, cozy, and spacious space close to slopes

My family and I stayed here during spring break. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. It is located a short walk to cascade lift and travel to vail and Lionshead village was easy via shuttles. Gordon was very communicative and an excellent host. Would definitely recommend this home and stay again!

Fantastic place!!

Everything was amazing from the ability to have an early check in to the hosts fantastic responses - we wanted to use the grill and the propane tank was empty they sorted it immediately! We also were desperate to watch the football games and they also made that happen! Everything was so well done and just steps away from the chair 20 and a great jacuzzi for after skiing! I hope to stay again!

Great ski vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There is great living kitchen dining space for a family and large master bedroom. There are beautiful views from the upstairs area. There is easy walking distance access to the hotel restaurant and bar. The ski access is a walk but just 5 minutes or so. Beautiful and clean - also loved the fireplace! Highly recommend.

Great stay

The property was perfect and had all the desired amenities. Not the management companies fault but the community hot tub was Luke warm. The location is dependent upon the bus system which is just ok. For convenience the ski rental and lift is a five minute walk from unit at the Hyatt. Would 100 percent do this property again

Annual Family Ski Trip

We have stayed in this area for many years at various properties on the Grand Hyatt campus. We loved the close proximity to the hotel & ski shop. Easy access to the hot tub for the Mill Race Condos. Gorgeous view of Gore Creek from the balcony. Perfect bedroom setup for our family of 5. Easy communication with owner when a couple of issues popped up, which they were quick to remedy. We greatly appreciated the bottle of wine they left as a welcome gift...such a thoughtful touch! We look forward to returning again in the future!

Group Ski Trip

Our group rented this property for a short ski trip. The unit is clean, well-appointed, and has comfortable furniture. The property is conveniently located to the Cascade Village (chair #20). There is a shared hot tub / sauna facility directly across the drive from the condo. There is a heated garage, but it is relatively small (will not fit a full size truck), however there is additional parking available on the property. The host was helpful/responsive throughout our trip. Would certainly return in the future.

Fabulous family chalet!

My husband and our three kids in their 20's loved everything about this property. It was warm and cozy but there was lots of room for us all to spread out. There was room to park our Ford Expedition right in front and ski storage in the garage. The chalet is within a short walking distance to the Cascade lift, which meant no waiting in any morning lift lines. The home was clean, well stocked and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals (including small appliances, dishes, cutlery but also spices, food wrap, dish soap, etc). The spa and sauna were not busy and were conveniently located just across the road . All in all, we would highly recommend renting this unit.

Spacious updated property, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious 3BR condo with updated furnishings. The large kitchen and living room area was a great space for our family to hang out together after a day of skiing. The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed the wood burning fireplace as well. Beautiful views of Gore Creek from the windows. We liked the location, very close by car or bus to Vail Village and Lionshead. The chairlift is a pretty easy 5-10 minute walk down the path by the creek - might be a minor hassle if you have very little ones carrying equipment but no problem for us and our teenagers. If you're renting equipment, you can keep it at the ski shop right next to the chairlift. We were able to ski most of the way down the path on the way home. It was a very comfortable and convenient stay!

Vail Summer Family Vacation

Perfect place for our family of five (with two grown college kids!) to stay in Vail. The main living area has plenty of space for everyone to relax. The large family style kitchen table provides ample room if you want to host large meals after a fun day of hiking, biking, golfing or just hanging around the Village or Lionshead. My favorite retreat was the outside deck where I would read or just relax while watching and listening to the stream less than 100 feet below. Speaking of bikes, what a nice surprise to find the two bikes in the garage which made getting to Lionshead and the Village a breeze! Would absolutely stay here again.
