Welcome visitors!! Bring your friends and families to our newly remodeled 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house which sits on a fully fenced over 1 acre lot. This home is a perfect place for your staying. Enjoy the beautiful sunset with mountain views and the amazing night sky. The house is located in west side of town and close to Hwy 372 which is closer to Death Valley and California /Nevada state line than other houses in town. Local convenience stores and gas station are within 2 miles.
We enjoyed our stay here. This is a nice, clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a fenced property. We visited Death Valley and the area, about1:15 minute drive. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, and there's a nice grocery story (Smith's) about 15m away.
Peaceful easy feelings at this family-friendly property. Easy check in process, clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our family. Great views of nearby mountains and no noise other than the wind, wildlife and the occasional moo or neigh from neighboring livestock.
Leon was a great host. We're low maintenance so just needed a place to sleep and shower. Leon answered all questions quickly and let my crew get the rest they were at the house for.
This location is perfect for the outdoor adventures we planned! It was very clean and relaxing after a day of hiking. The host was quick to reply to questions and was very polite!!
Our stay at âCindyâs houseâ was just perfect. Spacious and clean, it was a great jumping off spot for our Death Valley NP exploration. Thanks especially for the coffee! I sure needed a cup after a day exploring!
This place was great just one thing was that restaurants were very far away. But if you're willing to cook this place had everything you needed. And I mean everything. Ovens microwave and stove.
House was very clean and well equipped. Kitchen and bath had everything we needed plus extras
Communication with owner was quick and easy.
We had our 2 dogs with us and the large fenced property was great for them.
Bed was comfy and although we didnt need them there were tons of extra blankets too.
Area was quiet and just a little off the regular path but not too far from shopping.
Came for 4th of July fireworks, stayed for the stomach flu
Very nice property, we were fortunate to have such accommodations. Apparently there was a stomach flu going around town that we all came down with. We spent the majority of our stay in bed. Clear communication with the host, they were very kind and accommodating. Thankfully, we had a spacious and clean rental to get over our illness while away from home. The kitchen was our favorite part, lots of space and gadgets for cooking. We have close friends in Pahrump so we will return, hopefully under better conditions. Would happily reserve this rental again.
Overall, our stay was very good. Communication with the owner was very good. We received the access code on the morning of our arrival.
The house is on a large fenced and secured lot.
The furniture was comfortable in both the living room and bedroom. We enjoyed the very quiet location.
The cleanliness of the house was not perfect.. We found a wad of hair on the edge of the large jacuzzi tub, and dirt and dust on the baseboards and on the inside windows frames. Some of the towels had stains. Floors and countertops were good.
The kitchen was good except for the supply of glasses and a salad bowel. There were only wind glasses available, but we made do. All appliances were in good working order.
The ramp leading tot he front door was a nice surprise. Grab bars around the bathtub would also be appreciated.
It's a great base camp for visiting Death Valley. Furnace Creek visitors center is about an hour away. Also worth a visit is Rhyolite Ghost town, Near Beatty, NV.
We appreciated the use of your home and hope to visit again.
We had the opportunity to stay at this property while visiting family and we loved it! It was spacious indoor, clean, well maintained, easily accessible, safe and just perfect for my family. There was also a large fenced in outdoor area where we felt safe allowing for play. I highly recommend this place in the Pahrump area!
The house was lovely and comfortable, and cool even at the end of June during a heat wave. There was plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out and join together, and we highly recommend the bagel shop in town for breakfast! Great communication from the property manager/owner.
The best part of staying here was the quiet. The house was adequate but worn out. I have 2 pets who went under neath the beds and came out dusty. A provided wine opener was broken. Overall, an adequate place to stay but needs a through cleaning, new toaster and lower beds! I am tall but found it difficult to get into bed at night.
