Hi Anel, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Unfortunately, the rooftop is not approved by the fire department for a grill. This is due to safety concerns for both the property and our guests, and as a result, we do not provide a grill. That is why it is NOT in our amenities list, which all guest knows prior to arrival. Dear Ms. Carol, it was a pleasure meeting you at the property! We do not agree with your review as it is not accurate! Nicole met you upon your arrival at our property. She was there even before you and your husband stepped out of the taxi and walked into our building. You stayed 1 night at our property and never had to wait for 1 minute to get inside and check-in. Nicole welcomed you and answered all your questions that possibly we have already informed you when you have received the check-in instructions which was 3 days prior to your arrival. Nicole opened the lockbox for you gave you the keys in your hands and shared the new code with you. Nicole also explained to you why the code had been changed and we made sure that there was a host on the property to welcome you and inform you about this! Nicole never called the maintenance person. We manage over 50+ properties with different codes as humans it is impossible to remember all codes out of your head. So your review is out of order, because we were there at the property and even gave you a ride to the minimarket, waited for you and your husband, and brought you back to the property.
