Très beau appartement sur la plage, Gandia (Valencia - Espagne)

This beautiful flat for up to 6 people is located between two Gandia beaches, the main one (Nord - 3kms) and l'Ahuir beach. This other 2km beach has a dune cordon defined by endemic vegetation, palm trees and fine sand. If you turn your head upwards, you will see Mondúver, a mountain overlooking the surrounding landscapes and providing beautiful views from the beach. This is one of just a handful of natural beaches in the Mediterranean and it benefits from the highest level of protection out there.

It is a 5 minute walk from the beach, a very quiet area. The flat has a fresh style and Mediterranean decoration, modern and at the same time very cozy thanks to the bamboo and wood that we have used in the decoration. It is a flat that will make your holiday an unforgettable memory.

The flat in Playa de Gandía has 3 bedrooms. Accommodation of 75 m² tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with garden views from the terrace and the swimming pool.

When you open the door of the flat you will find the living-dining room, an open and spacious area where you will be very comfortable. We have free wifi and a round table ideal for 4-6 people to eat. The big terrace is also available for 6 people. The kitchen has a toaster, Italian and American coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, wine glasses,... everything you may need.

The terrace, next to the living room, is a very important space and we have furnished it with some relaxing armchairs because that is why we have come here, to relax on your holidays in Gandia.

As well as two pools (one for children and one for adults), in the apartment complex there is also a Tennis court, BBQ area, bicycles,... all completely available for guests.

There are many bars & restaurants close to the flat and also shops, parks, pharmacy, supermarket, summer cinema, bus stop....

Come to spend a few days in Gandia, you will discover the port, the history's village, the mountains around...but also very fresh fish, nice paella & fideua (specialties) and "agua de Valencia" (a cocktail based on orange juice & champagne) all this on the beach!, It will be fantastic and we are sure that you will appreciate it and enjoy very much!

As a beach apartment, it is minutes walk from a supermarket, bars, traditional restaurants, green mountain paths, and a sailing and windsurfing school for water sports lovers.
Being close to the protected natural area, this part of the beach is quieter and you can walk between dunes to other coastal villages.
