Kick back and relax in this newly decorated calm, stylish space! We are located just on the out-skirts of town, in a quiet lakeside community, perfect for a nice evening walk or jog. We are less than 20 minutes from Oaklawn, and are about 15 minutes from Garvan Woodland Gardens. Owned and operated by DMT Properties LLC, this adorable two-bedroom condo is perfect for your weekend getaway to the Spa City.

Wonderful Residence During Engagement Party

We chose the property based on the king beds. For adults, the choice to have large beds and pleasant accommodations was appreciated. We’d certainly consider staying here again. In addition, the owner was very helpful and always available to assist.

Property was so cozy and comfortable, very cute, quiet, and quaint. Definitely wish we knew of this property a long time ago before getting hotels in Hot Springs on previous trips. Most definitely book this for your next getaway!

Lovely condo. We loved the duel King suites, each with bathroom. Location easy to find in a peaceful neighborhood. Very clean. Host communication very responsive and kind. Good amenities. Very fair price. We would definitely stay here again!!

Girls Getaway

My friend and I needed a little getaway so we decided on Hot Springs, AR and found this condo. It was a little far from downtown but the area was very nice and the condo was very comfortable and nicely furnished! There was not a direct view of the lake but it is very close. That was not a priority for us but you need to know about that fact! We recommend this condo for a nice, comfortable place to stay!

The location and neighborhood is very nice! The place is lovely and the beds are awesome! We had one issue but it was resolved quickly. We appreciate the new and updated apartment.

Wonderful Weekend Stay

We had a great time staying in this location and property, it was very clean, comfortable soft beds, well laid out with great space for our family of 5. It was just enough out of town to feel in the country yet a quick 20 min drive to downtown. You won't regret booking here!

We loved everything!

We were so pleased with our stay! Location was great- close to the lake and close to anything we needed in Hot Springs. A grocery store trip was minutes away. The property itself was so clean, we felt bad that our kids left fingerprints on things. It was 100% stocked with everything we needed and even things we wouldn’t have thought of! We would 100% book this location again and absolutely love our time there!
