Just a short walk from the beach, this home gives you easy access to the shore along with community amenities including two pools and tennis courts. The full-length, pull-through carport makes parking simple and convenient—perfect for beach days and group travel.

Inside the Home
The open-concept living space is designed for connection, whether you're planning your next adventure, preparing a meal, or relaxing in front of the large-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking at home, and the spacious dining area seats nine, with additional seating at the kitchen counter.

We love this place. This is our third time staying at this house. The gates were a plus since we had a two year old with us. He did find a loose balliste, but maintaince came out promptly and fixed it. The kitchen is ver spacious with a very roomy pantry.

We were a little disappointed with the lack of towels on this past visit. I would have brought some of my own had I known they were going to cut back. Overall, we love the house!

Loved the neighborhood feel - lots of kids out riding bikes and playing. Nights were quiet. House was just as pictured, clean upon arrival, all the kitchen stuff you need, grill was in good shape, loved the gates on each porch perfect for keeping the little ones from going down the stairs. Overall it was a great vacation.

Extended Family Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was good. The layouts of the rooms could have been a little different in my opinion. Having the jack and jill bathroom to be shared between up to 8 people was a bit much. We had 6 of us sharing that bathroom most of the time. I was thankful for 2 sinks on opposite sides in that bathroom. The property manager was helpful and able to address some issues that came up.The distance we had to walk to get to the beach each day was very easy. That was a definite plus!

The property management group was so helpful with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The owner of the property even stopped by one morning to introduce himself and make sure we were enjoying our stay. The amenities provided were great. The house was even better than it looked in pictures. Loved how close it was to the beach and the neighborhood was so nice and quiet. 10/10 will be booking our next beach vacation at Blessings in the Sand!

The property managers were super responsive, kind and helped with any concerns or questions we had not only for the house but for the area as well. We have never had service like they provided at any other rental! We would highly recommend this property and property managers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice and good size for our family. Clean look but it could use a good cleaning as pretty dirty under beds, blinds, light fixtures, top of fridge and other places like that. Not enough wash towels provided so had to wash them each day to shower. AC filter was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been changed in weeks. Like I said unit was good size and worked for us. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to the beach.

Relaxing beach vacation

We enjoyed the beach house!! Everything worked (air conditioner, dish washer, ect). Plenty of kitchen supplies for 6 adults and 3 kids. Really appreciated gate on the porches to keep the 2 year contained.

It was nice.

We have stayed in this area many times prior and have always enjoyed our stay. The house was nice. Wish it would have had a few more kitchen utensils (frying pans) but other than that we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was nice. Really could not have asked for anything more. The house was perfect for my family.

Amazing Beach House

Just a few minutes walk to the beach, pool, basketball court, ping-pong, it was awesome! There was a minor plumbing repair needed when we arrived that was handled quickly by the property manager. The house was super clean and smelled good. All appliances worked great. There is only a small snippet of beach that is view-able from the back deck, but we knew that going in. We love Ft. Morgan and will definitely be back for more "Blessings in the Sand!"

THIS IS IT!!!

We stayed for 5 nights at the beautiful Blessings in the Sand home and we could NOT have made a better choice! This home has a remarkably well-stocked kitchen and was very clean upon checkin. It boasts two large covered porches, 4 beds and 3.5 baths. Room for three cars underneath the house and convenient to the main road. It’s one block to the beach which can ne seen from the back porch and only 1/2 block to the pool and tennis court out the front porch. Take your beach towels and have an awesome visit at the nearly empty white sand beach. The only thing in short supply was potholders but otherwise all you need is clothes and food!

Spring Break Getaway

Blessings in the Sand was perfect. Much roomier than we expected. Walk to the beach is easy. Community is quiet. The beach was not crowded at all.

This year’s rental was noticeably better maintained and cared for. Walk out the back door and you’re a 2 minute walk down to the public access beach. Walk out the front door and you’re a minute walk from the community pools. This rental had everything we were looking for.
