Full Back up generator !This spacious 2BR, 2BA condo with LARGE PRIVATE BALCONY sits DIRECTLY ON THE WATER and DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH (at the quiet end) ( and is FULLY GENERATED!) where the gentle sound of waves will lull you to sleep at night. This gated-community villa has all you need for a great vacation in paradise: just STEPS to the semi-private beach and the crystal blue Caribbean! Pool and hot tub access are included with your rental."Legado Villa" features a well-equipped kitchen including brand new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, blender and toaster. "Legado" also has a washer/dryer, a gas grill, central air conditioning, linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach toys, cooler, WiFi, HD cable TVs, designated parking!

The villa features two bedrooms: the waterside master bedroom has a king-size bed, sliders to the private balcony and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The garden-view bedroom has a full and a twin bed, a reading nook and a private bathroom with a bath tub/ shower head. Both bedrooms are equipped with cable TV, ceiling fans and built-in closets.

There are excellent nightspots to be found in nearby Red Hook, as well as restaurants, shopping and ferries to St. John and Tortola.

Cowpet Bay is a family-friendly semi-private beach with glorious soft, white sands that slope gently into clear blue water. The beach boasts a restricted area for swimmers, complimentary loungers and chairs and benefits from cool breezes all year round.

Excellent location to enjoy St.Thomas. A couple of great restaurants a short walk down the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and Cindy was an excellent host.

Great Place

We really enjoyed staying here while on St. Thomas. Steps from a private beach and a great pool! Bar was right on pool, so we could enjoy cocktails while the kids swam. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Was a great way to end our vacation.

Family Getaway

We had a great stay at Nazareth. The location is perfect for easy access to the east end beaches, people and car ferries. The property itself has everything you would need if you never left the resort. Would highly recommend.

What a trip!

We had the most amazing time in St. Thomas. It was the rest and relaxation that we needed. The condo was beautiful and the pool was awesome. Our kids loved it so much and we can't wait to come back!

Carribean Get Away

Wonderful place to stay that had all the amenities of home. They made it easy to go the the beach- chairs, umbrellas, coolers, pool toys, etc. Beautiful view of beach was amazing from the balcony and outside table. Lovely place.

Really well appointed home with all the amenities has a well stocked pantry as well. The location was perfect - quiet, clean, private and the access to the beach and pool was excellent. Peaceful and perfect!

Come here to rejuvenate! Perfect view, accommodations and host. Location was perfect and condo had everything you need right down to the salt and pepper, little shampoos and quality beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Waking up to the breathtaking view in the morning is good for your soul. We will be back and would 100% stay here again.

blue water getaway

Old world charm to this amazing water front condo. Many amenities and perfect weather. The unit had many useful items included ...ie beach chairs, beach towels. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise.

Thank you Danny for your nice review. We love sitting on the balcony as well. However, we don't make it to to many sunrises HaHa . The condo was absolutely beautiful! Clean and spacious with beautiful views! Everything was thought of for our stay! Definitely can’t wait to come back and stay here! I’ve already recommended this place twice! Cindy was such a big help with there was a little confusion and gave clear and precise directions ahead of our stay!

We loved it!

We had such a great time. The beach and restaurants in the front of the condo were amazing. The condo is located in a great location to go to St. John’s. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated. There were a lot of great things left for us to use (lotions, bug spray, etc.).

Enjoyed it

We enjoyed our time at your lovely condo! The balcony view was breath-taking and it never got old. We loved that the kitchen was well-stocked and the place very comfortable. There were amble towels, supplies and the place was very clean. It was just right for our family of four adults. The location is excellent - close to Red Hook, Carribean Fish Market and Santiago Pizza.

We love our beach and Views ! Cowpet Bay has so much to offer , and its only steps away.
Sandy beach, Relaxing bay to enjoy and swim , many Palm trees to rest under, access to many free beach chairs and lounge chairs, pool steps away to enjoy, not a stop for the cruise ship tours, beach bar, great food at Sangrias which is right on the beach, destination tours (snorkeling, St John , Jost Van Dyke, Buck island etc.) available right on the beach ... A wonderful place to create great memories!

St. Thomas really has something for everyone! Hiking, beach-combing, beautiful botanical gardens, world-class shopping, great deep sea fishing, sunset cruises, and of course, sunbathing! We have two busy ports, Charlotte Amalie(20 min drive) and Redhook ( 5 min drive), both with great bars and restaurants, where you can catch ferries to our sister islands, St. Croix and St. John, as well as the British Virgin Islands of Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, Virgin Gorda and Anegada (passports required!). Take a snorkel trip and swim with sea turtles, a sunset dinner cruise or a parasailing adventure!
