6BR / 5BA New Mt Accueil - Faible en semaine Tarifs Toute l'année

Belle maison unifamiliale à Dillon dans un endroit superbe et isolé. 6 chambres et 5 salles de bains, salon, grande cuisine idéale pour recevoir un grand nombre de personnes, grande terrasse avec barbecue à gaz, superbes vues sur Red Peak et Buffalo Mountain, à proximité des pistes cyclables et des sentiers de randonnée, distance de marche du centre-ville de Dillon et de Dillon Marina, centrale de toutes les stations de ski (6 km de Keystone, 10 km de A-Basin, Breckenridge et Copper et 25 km de Vail), propre et bien entretenue. Sous-sol non aménagé avec jeux (ping-pong, fléchettes et Wii) et salon supplémentaire + lits supplémentaires dans les lofts. 11-15 personnes.

Nous avons construit cette maison en 2008 et terminé le sous-sol en 2013 et l'utilisons presque tous les week-ends. C’est un endroit idéal, loin de la foule, mais suffisamment proche des stations pour profiter des festivités d’hiver, d’automne, de printemps et d’été. Nous ne le fournissons actuellement que pendant la semaine et le week-end. Nous ne restons pas à un tarif très attractif, car nous n’avons généralement pas la possibilité de nous y rendre au cours de la semaine. Si vous avez des dates précises en tête, veuillez nous en informer, car nous pourrons peut-être répondre à votre demande.

Loved the pool and hot tub area

Our group of 13 loved this house. We spent most of our time in the evening downstairs hanging out playing pool and enjoying the hot tub. Much needed relaxation after a day on the slopes. The house was right in town and close to everything. Everyone had space and enjoyed this house very much. Not having a place for pantry items was slightly frustrating but we made it work. The only other negative was the driveway in the winter needs 4-wheel drive as it is a steep driveway going down. We did not have 4-wheel drive and got stuck. So after that we parked at the entrance to the driveway on the street and did get a ticket but it was worth it and I would definitely stay here again! ticket and all lol We LOVED our stay here and the owners were super kind and communicated very well.

A Homey Haven Close to the Slopes

Chad’s place was perfect for our large gathering (15 souls) of mostly family and a dear friend. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils to accommodate our group. Chad was a great host and very helpful whenever we had any questions. Check-in and check-out procedures went very well. If we ever want to have a gathering like this in the future, we would definitely consider coming to Chad’s place again.

Friendly, helpful, and great house

This is that unicorn combo of a host who cares and treats guests well, a fair price, and an awesome property. There are indeed as many bedrooms and beds as the listing shows, no games or “loose interpretations of what’s a room” as is common in Summit st rentals. Wonderful patio, kitchen, living, den and sleeping space. Fantastic location near town and the marina. Would very highly recommend for a getaway in Dillon/summit county.

We did a family vacation with 12 adults and 2- children 4 and younger. This home accommodated the whole family with room to spare. Met all our needs from 2 years to 74 years . Was conveniently located to parks for kids, hiking trails for 20 somethings, white water rafting with KODI for all who love water, horse riding for my 4 year old granddaughter with Breckinridge Stables, and an awesome golf course with amazing scenery at The Raven Three Peaks Golf Course. What a joy everything was.... everyone has memories to cherish for years to come. Thank you so much for the amazing accommodations.

Great Ski Vacation

Chad was great to work with to reserve the house. Met up with another family to spend the week skiing at Keystone. The house was very convenient to the skiing and the towns amenities. The house was very well stocked in the kitchen and that helped cooking for the crowd. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub especially. The only downside was parking if there is winter weather as the driveway is steep and the limited street parking could be blocked by piles of snow. Thanks Chad. We will hopefully be able to go back!

Beautiful cabin - fantastic stay!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful cabin in Dillon! The house is so well decorated and themed with a map of every ski resort you could imagine framed on the walls! The layout of the house is perfect for a group! We were traveling with one set of grandparents, their two sons and daughter in laws, and the 5 grandsons. Each couple selected a beautiful room to stay in - every room was wonderful - so hard to choose which one to pick! The boys all bunked together in the top room which was a kids slumber party dream! Even the oldest two boys, ages 13 and 11, opted to bunk with their younger brother and younger cousins for the novelty of having a big slumber party. What an amazing experience for the boy’s to be able to share a room on vacation with their cousins. The house is so big - two bedrooms were left vacant. The kitchen was well stocked and great for family meals. The woodwork in this house is obviously a labor of love. We appreciated the workmanship and dedication that went into the details. There is also a hot tub! Even though it was 6 deg F, my crazy boys decided they had to try the hot tub. They thought it was great fun to get into the hot tub then get out and roll around in the snow - a mini polar bear plunge challenge. One minor issue was that the cleaners weren’t able to be done in time for our intended check in. But Chad was great about trying to make that better. He even offered to pick up our tab at the local brewery. We just exercised some patience and waited a little longer to access this gem! We feel honored to have been able to create incredible family memories at this house - and the price was unbelievable. Thank you host family! We really appreciated our stay!

Awesome Multi-Family Ski Trip

We stayed from January 10-14, 2022 for a 3-day ski vacation to Breckenridge. Chad is a great owner and responsive to emails and text. His information sheet was a great help in orientation prior to check in. In our group was 11 folks, ranging in age from 20-56 (4 couples, 3 adult children). There is A LOT of space for everyone and we never felt crowded. Amenities in the kitchen were well stocked to meet all our cooking needs. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows in the bathroom and bedrooms, respectively. After ski relaxation to play billiards or just watch TV made you feel right at home after a long day on the slopes. We were just down the road from City Market (Kroger affiliation) Grocery and other shops in Dillon and Silverthorne area. Breckenridge is about a 20 minute drive (you want to take your time on the winter roads) and the town of Frisco is about 10 minutes away. Overall a great place to stay and highly recommended for large groups. I am looking forward to visiting again in the future.

We built this home as we were tired of driving up from Denver every weekend. It's a great place, away from the crowds and close to skiing, hiking and biking. For us, its a perfect place to get away and entertain friends and family.

The deck is enormous, and we really love sitting out enjoying a glass of wine while looking out at Red Peak and Buffalo Mountain.
