In this prime location, you'll be a short distance from shops, restaurants, bars, and the beautiful ocean beach mere blocks to the east.

This two-bedroom, corner condo was thoughtfully updated between 2018 and 2021, offering new LVP flooring, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, and HVAC. Whether you choose to spend your days walking to the beach or playing mini-golf, you'll be greeted upon your return by two outdoor swimming pools and a kiddie pool to help you make the most of summer days on the shore.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Amazing place to stay!

Amazing location! The place was nice and clean with cute decorations, 2 large swimming pools and 8 minutes walk to the beach. We loved it. Will definitely come back.

Very quiet and peaceful. Just a few blocks from the bars and coastal highway. Easy access to just about everything. Beautiful place. We will b back again.

Great location and amenities…needs to be cleaned.

The location and views are beautiful! The first day there we killed at least a dozen flies. It was disgusting. I also found padding inserts from a bathing suit in the master bedroom. Empty juice pouches. There are a lot of great things about this but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. We tried using the oven once and it started smoking from previous drippings burnt in the bottom. We didn’t use it the rest of the time for fear of setting off the smoke detector.

Cozy Home Away from Home

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carrying our bags to the third floor walk-up was a little tough at first but we appreciated being on the top floor with its views and quietness - plus the walk up & down the stairs made for good exercise. The home is cozy, quiet, nicely decorated and uncluttered. We loved the location - relatively far from the boardwalk crowds but not too far for a quick 10-15 minute ride down when desired. It is also a quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach with a handicapped entrance onto the sand. Out the two sliding glass doors there was a gorgeous view of the inlets, bay and sunsets. The pools were clean and we relaxed near the lap pool. There is great dining and shopping nearby, some within walking distance. The only thing we would have changed are the mattresses on the beds, which were well-worn and very uncomfortable. Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful vacation.

Honest review

We were very disappointed in this property and the lack of responsiveness from vacasa management. We traveled down for a wedding with a 19 month old. It took us 45 minutes to get into the house because they gave us the incorrect code. We had to go back to the office to get a key and wait for management come to test the code which didn’t work so they gave us a new one. The house is very dusty, no one has cleaned behind or under the beds or between any of the furniture. There were stains on the carpet and chips on the floor next to the couch. We woke up the first morning to an ant infestation by the sliding door in the master bedroom. We called at 6:00 am they put a ticket in and we requested a call from management. Still have yet to hear from them. There seems to be a lack of communication between management and the front desk at vacasa. Will not use them in the future for any rental properties.

Great Place, rental management not so great.

The unit itself was great, especially for a family of 4. The pool was super close to this corner unit and the beach was a close walk away. Plenty of food, gas, and shopping options within a mile. The management of the property, VACASA, was a little frustrating when it came to checking in. The code for the door lock didn't work when we tried to enter the unit. It took almost 2 hours and traveling to 2 different offices to actually obtain a key and enter the unit to start our vacation. The last office we were told to visit to get our a key was close with no employees. By luck, a lady that worked for VACASA had to turn something into the drop off box outside of the office. She was able to make a phone call, enter the building, and get us a key.

Property as pictures real nice but ……..

This property was as advertised, the location it’s ok, the neighborhood it’s good plenty of restaurants near by, the beach close by and was nice and quiet, but a few things I didn’t like, the apartment it’s on the 4th floor wake up, too many stairs, the maintenance inside the place was very poorly, first day Ac on one of the bedrooms wasn’t working and the fan and light on the other bedroom was working we had to call management to fix this and there was dust on all kitchen appliances, the was dust under the bed, the bathroom toilet wasn’t clean, the sink in the main bathroom wasn’t clean it has stains, we had to clean it before we use it, the main bedroom where there are the 4 twins bed all the bed was in bad poor condition, the mattress was so thin that you felt the metal of the bed wasn’t confortable at all, The ladder to go to the top bed had loose screw even one came off and it was making a lot of noise once you lay in it it makes a lot of squeaky noise and once you get out as well and the noise was so loud that wake up the kids, I would think that for the amount of money a least the place was clean I was very disappointed in those findings and I didn’t want to complain not to ruin the vacation but this wasn’t what I was expecting

Great Location

We love the area around Heron Harbour, so this location was perfect! Condo is nicely decorated, furniture in dining/living room, and master bedroom are in like-new condition. The mattress could be more comfortable. Kitchen is very nice, with new appliances.
