This townhouse is located within The Salt Pond complex. Level one offers a kitchen, living area, screened porch, primary suite with a walk-in closet, a washer/dryer, and a garage. Level two offers a primary bedroom suite with a walk-in closet, and a sitting area and deck. Two BluRay players are provided for your entertainment.
The Salt Pond community also includes an outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool), three tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool and spa (open September-June only) and fitness equipment.
Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.
Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop.
Salt Pond community charges guests directly for amenity passes to use their amenities. The fees are $50 per person (16 and over) for a 7 day pass or $25 per person (16 and over) for a 3 day pass. This must be purchased from the community Monday-Friday with a check. They do not accept any other payment methods.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
