Enjoy breathtaking beach views from the living area with wall-to-wall windows that flood the space with natural light. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas offer stunning views of the Gulf, complemented by beautiful design and balconies. The kitchen features a Keurig coffee maker and all the essentials for preparing meals.

All six bedrooms are beachfront, with five offering direct balcony access and private bathrooms. Relax with one of the eight smart TVs with streaming, including a YouTube TV subscription with over 100 channels.

The large covered main deck provides a perfect escape from the sun with ample seating and tables, ideal for meals or relaxing outdoors. An upper-level open deck invites sunbathing and panoramic views. The home also includes two built-in Weber charcoal grills, beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool and beach toys (bring your own beach towels).

Located on the quiet end of West Beach, away from the crowds, Sunny Delight is your perfect Gulf Shores getaway, offering comfort, privacy, and stunning scenery.

4 Generation Vacation

Our family spent a week in this beautiful home. It was so close to the ocean and the amazing white sand beach. The kitchen was well furnished and the extra ice maker was nice. The elevator to help with luggage and groceries was wonderful. The pool was nice to use while the waves were too rough for the three days we dealt with the edge of Hurricane Helene. Having tv’s in each bedroom was nice for the diversity of our 4 generation family’s movie genre choices. Plenty of seating inside and out for all. This house was so grand, I am jealous it’s not mine.

We arrived about 30 minutes before check in and they made us wait till 4, which we thought was tacky since it was ready. We did love the house though and had plenty of rooms. Maybe need more kitchen linens as there was only one kitchen towel.

Want to get away from the crowded beached

The house was wonderful, elevator is a great help for getting luggage in and out of the house. I absolutely loved the location. You are away from the craziness of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We had the beach to ourselves most days with only a few neighbors occasionally. If you are looking for a great quiet place to spend time with friends and family with only the sounds of the ocean this is the place for you

Pool and location a plus

The private pool and location are what we loved most about this place. As far as cleanliness, there was dust in various places and rings around several sinks. There were also no bath mats and low quality towels. We went during a time where the property was at lower rate per night but I would not pay more than $300 a night for this place unless it was upgraded significantly.

Amazing place for the families

Sunny Delight was an amazing place for all of us. Could have asked for a better location and house. Truly breathtaking view of the Gulf and the house/pool was excellent.

Location is awesome, house set up is awesome, rooms with bathrooms attached, awesome. Issue with the bathrooms leaking. Handyman sent out but the leak wasn't fixed. The cleaning service needs to be changed. The floors weren't swept, dog food was in the carpet upstairs. The front step broke as we walked in and the windows leaked in the den. None of those issues prevented us from enjoying our time. If the maintenance is completed I would consider renting again because the location is so good.

Beach Haven/Heaven

Easy rental process. Everything was as advertised in the listing. House is almost at the end of Beach Blvd (right before a gated community. Lots of private beach space. Lots of beach chairs, camp chairs and beach toys was an added unadvertised plus. Pool was great way to get out of the sun. We will be back.

Perfect Getaway!

I couldn't be happier with our home at Gulf Shores! First of all, the booking process was easy and every step along the way was easy. I had a few questions which were quickly addressed and answered both before and shortly after our arrival. My son was getting married on the beach not far away and we made this our annual yearly vacation; included 15 people and 1 dog. The home itself is beautiful! Very large and well laid out - plenty of room to visit or play cards or get away from the business. The bedrooms were large; great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. It was comfortably stocked to get started without having to go to the store for basics (toilet paper, dish soap, etc). The pool, although I think it was treated just before we arrived, smelled heavily of chlorine and the kids' faces were red after their first swim the first day, but this slowly declined. I originally was a little concerned about the pool being somewhat covered by the room above, but this worked out great! You could swim even though it might be raining outside (no lightening), or if you were really "pink" from being out in the sun, you could swim without being in the direct sunlight. The pool itself was awesome - clean, big, just the right graduating depth. I did feel sorry for the crabs that seemed to make it in the pool overnight much to their demise. The best part was how close we were to the beach, and it seemed as though we had our own private area right in back of the house. Just a few steps and we were there! There were chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, everything you would need or want for the beach. Views from the porch were great - we saw dolphins every day, the sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and we even watched a storm come in. While swimming you had to be cognizant of jellyfish and stingrays, but that is what you find in the ocean! The sand was soft on the feet! And for me with creaking knees, and my dog who has arthritis, the elevator was PERFECT! Once we convinced everyone to make sure that both doors were closed, we were set for the week. I just couldn't be happier with our stay. It was absolutely perfect for our family. We relaxed, visited, played, talked, and just enjoyed life as each day is precious, especially when spent with family. If we should have the opportunity to return to Alabama, this beautiful home will be at the top of our list! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

We’ve stayed in this house for years - love it! A few things for the owner: Middle window in dining room leaks when it rains. Needs new washer and dryer- dryer is VERY inefficient. Bathtubs need new shower curtains. A shelf in the refrigerator is broken. Middle bedroom upstairs to the left as you’re looking at the rooms, lock on the door going out on the balcony doesn’t work.

Everything was great almost

Everything was great. Lots of beach toys in closet downstairs. Complaints: beds were uncomfortable. It was like being at camp. We even had to go out and buy mattress pads to stand sleeping in these old creaky beds for the week. That was the worst part. If they update the beds, I’d give it 5 stars. No trash bags or dish soap. We bought some. Not the end of the world. Had a charcoal grill not a gas grill as advertised. No big deal. Besides that everything was great. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans ect
 the view from the deck of the gulf was amazing. Short walk to essentially a private beach. Could’ve used a boardwalk but wasn’t too terrible walking over the small dune on edge of beach. Elevator was very convenient for a couple family members who have stair issues. We had a great experience it’s just those dang beds. Awful.

Wonderful family vacation home

This home was fantastic! Right on the beach. The views from inside and outside the home were beautiful. The rear deck is very large and ideal for large family dinners/gatherings. Plenty of seating inside and out. The pool is perfectly sized. Half covered, half uncovered. The air conditioning works great. Things that I'd like to see improved: the home needs an additional refrigerator, a better working stand-alone ice maker, a boardwalk to the beach, and just a little overall TLC. The property management people were very attentive. Overall, the place was wonderful. I would definitely rent again.
