Welcome to our beautifully home after a complete modern design renovation, is a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms property with oversized heated pool, great for 6 guests. Beautiful Gulf Coast beaches in Florida. 15 min to Manasota Key, 35min to Venice, 10 min to Mykka State Forest. 18min to Warm Mineral Springs. Clean and comfy- this is our priority! We have beautiful swimming pool area. House has high speed internet and cable TV. Pack&Play, baby high chair, beach equipment, floats and 3bikes (1for kind and 2 for adults). On the property are security cameras for your safety. Non smoking house and no pets! Peaceful home with big lot, perfect for your dream vacation. Try Us!! ;)

We had a great time while staying in this house! The host is very responsive and the pool was a fantastic way to end a day of baseball. Short drive to the beach and plenty to eat close by. We will be back!

Comfortable and clean

Our family enjoyed this clean, spacious home and the wonderful, heated pool. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and in close proximity to beaches and grocery stores. Stocked with all the beach equipment you need. Very happy with our stay.

Great time in port charlotte

Anna’s place was great, clean, well kept, everything as advertised. Especially enjoyed the private pool including all the floats she supplied. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Anna was great in her communication, very prompt and helpful. Highly recommend her place

Excellent stay

This property was very clean and has all the amenities you need for a great stay. Some of the features are Central air, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, big property, pool, bikes, Keurig coffee maker, wine, bottled water, fire pit...... Cooked most of our food at home. King Size Bed was very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Myakka State Park was close by and great for hiking. Highly recommend and will consider for future vacations!

Absolutely Perfect

The host thought of all we may need and had so many extras like bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a sifter to find shells at the beach. The house was very clean and beautiful. We cooked all our meals there and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing for day and night swimming. The beach was only 15 minutes away and there were several to choose from. The location feels very safe and quiet. The host was responsive and helpful. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Escape from cold weather

Loved the pool and used it every day. Appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the comfortable king size bed. The property is convenient to bike paths and beautiful state parks and of course gulf beaches. The owner was very nice to work with. We were aware of the security cameras before we arrived and understand the owners’ need to protect their property. However we were uncomfortable with the camera in the sunroom. It made enjoying morning coffee in that part of the property uncomfortable. The cameras were clearly visible, not concealed in any way, and we did our best to ignore them. One item to note is that it is a Roku TV so local ABC, CBS, and NBC channels did not seem to be available.

Lack of Privacy

The listing before Jan 31st never mentioned anything about cameras being on the property. We get checked in and that night I receive text from homeowner to shut the screen door and close the windows in the sunroom. Talk about feeling your skin crawl. So the next morning we find that there was a Ring two way talk camera in the screened in Lanai right above the sitting area furniture. Homeowner also sent us a bill that day due to the fact that we had 5 adults instead of 4. We really didn't think we should have been charged a third of our booking price for this since we actually had an extra bed that was not being used. One of the children that homeowner counted in the 6 people occupancy was 1yrs old!!! Homeowner said had we mentioned beforehand it would not have been an issue. We also mentioned to homeowner that homeowner was violating VRBO's security camera policy. Only then was the listing updated. Homeowner broke the policy by: 1. Not having mentioned it in listing. 2. Travelers are to be informed of where and what the cameras cover. 3. They are not to be in an area expect to have privacy. 4. Florida doesn't allow someone conversations to be recorded without all parties consent. So having the camera above the sitting furniture in screened in lanai violated the law. This whole process put a huge damper on our trip. There was a total of 5 cameras all of which were discovered by us and not mentioned by the homeowner. Last camera facing the pool we found on the last day there. Home had nice features like gate to keep kids out of pool and a highchair. The room with the twin bed did seem warmer than the rest of the home. I don't believe it was hooked up to the HVAC system. I would not recommend this property! The lack of privacy made our family very on edge and took away from enjoying our vacation.

The guest lied few times and broke the house rules that she saw when booking. The house is for 6 people, but the guest didn’t respect it, was 7, she made reservations, the owner does not have access to information about the age of the children, if there was contact, it would not be a problem. Information about the cameras is available, cameras aren’t hidden, you can see them and that's no secret. They are for the safety of the guests. Cameras don’t record any conversations I don’t know from where the guest has such information, they are directed at the front door. The guest broke the rules, looks for a reason to defend himself and try to put the blame on owner.

Paradise in Englewood

House was beautiful inside and out and in a good location, close to groceries, Walmart's, restaurants and the beach. 1/2 hour from Punta Gorda airport. Hostess was easy to contact and responded to questions and issues promptly. House was well stocked with whatever you might might need or use. Plenty of beach supplies are there for your use. Beach chairs coolers, sun umbrellas, beach mats, beach buggy for transport and sand toys are provided. Pool and lanai are terrific, and a separate covered patio is perfect when you get enough sun or to have a cookout meal. The two bathrooms are clean and updated with many little amenities that you might not have thought of. Kitchen is modern and loaded with what you need. Overall a perfect place to stay in Englewood.

Perfect escape

This met all our needs. We visited surrounding areas during the day and came back to enjoy a dip in the pool and make dinner. Kitchen is nicely stocked with many things. We all said we’d come back again!

Really nice property

The house was spotless and had all the amenities listed on the website. Everything is new and updated, very comfortable. The pool was really nice and heated (we were there over Thanksgiving). The host was very helpful and answered promptly any questions we had. The house is about 12 minutes to the closest beach, only 20 minutes from Boca Grande and 30 minutes to Venice, so there are lots of options in the area. We were very pleased with our stay here.
