The garage is not included with the rental and will remain locked throughout your stay. It serves as a private guest suite for the owner, who stays there occasionally. Please note that both the garage suite and the main unit are completely separate, each with its own private entrance.

★ CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR ★
There’s a building under construction next door, so you may hear some noise during daytime hours on weekdays.

★ PRE-ARRIVAL GUEST REQUIREMENTS★
By booking this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to the listing’s house rules and booking requirements.
We require all guests to sign a rental agreement and verify their ID. A secure link will be provided after the reservation is confirmed to complete this process.

★ NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ★
This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking inside. To keep the completely smoke-free, we have implemented a $500 fine for everyone that smokes inside.

★ TRAVEL INSURANCE ★
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for unforeseen events beyond our control. To protect your travel plans, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which can provide coverage in case of unexpected disruptions.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We welcome your furry friends. Please let us know if you would like to bring your pets. The Pet fee is $150(non-refundable) for up to 2 pets under 40lbs.
