This is a newly renovated townhouse offers three bedrooms and four bathrooms in a unique, contemporary Chinese and Eastern Asian fusion style. It delivers a luxurious, stylish vacation home with a Zen atmosphere for families and group of 6 to 12 people.
The Chinese Taichi Ying-yang entrance provides a striking first impression, and hints at the high style throughout this 3-storey house. Enter through a rain-forest style garden and you get the feel of arriving at an oasis of tranquility. Here a swing chair and coffee table chair provide an ideal spot for a short coffee or tea break surrounded by greenery.
The bottom floor encompasses a dining area, kitchen and spacious lounge with 55 inch Smart TV. Our unique Chinese round dining table in Taichi Ying-yang style caters for 10-12 guests. The Kitchen is modern and fully equipped for all cooking and dining needs. There is a small library for an easy read.
The second floor offers an additional, larger lounge and entertaining area with 65 inch Smart TV featuring Netflix, YouTube and local TV. Sofas are large and stylish. For fun, a table with a variety of board games is provided, along with dart board and table football game. Karaoke equipment is also provided.
This lounge opens to a large balcony with a marble bar counter and stools at the edge, nest swing chair and coffee table for relaxing and socializing. The first bedroom is to the back of the 2nd floor, featuring in-suite bathroom, a king-size bed and double size sofa bed for children or others.
Two more bedrooms make up the 3rd floor, each with in-suite bathroom, king size bed and a bunk bed. The master bedroom has a shaded, private balcony casually set up with outdoor coffee table and seating plus lazy chair.
Zen Chi features a small dip pool at the back of the kitchen with an outdoor shower. Washing machine and dryer is also provided.
Large windows and doors throughout allow good flows of fresh air, the Chi effect. Guests can thus sleep with or without air conditioning.
This convenient location offers a wide range shops, convenient stores, restaurants, markets, and coffee shops in walking distance. It is 4 kilometres south of the center of Hua Hin, and less to the big, famous shopping malls of Blu Port and Market Village.
