Welcome to a new listing from owners of a popular downtown Oxford vacation rental. This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath brick home located just south of the South Campus Rec Center directly accesses the Rail Trails and is less than a five-minute drive from most Oxford destinations. A grassy common area gives the home a quiet and private feel. Enjoy beautiful quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Nectar king bed, key code locks, an outdoor dining area, parking, and more!

Our Stay in Oxford

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Nicely decorated very clean. The host was fantastic and left Special touches like snacks, fresh fruit and even flowers. The location of this property was perfect for my daughter’s graduation. Just minutes to campus and downtown Oxford. We would definitely book again.

We loved our stay, the house perfect! It was decorated in a super cute way and was stocked with all sorts of amenities. Would absolutely stay there again!

Football game weekend

I stayed with my son and a friend to visit my daughter who attends Ole Miss. We went to the Ole Miss/GA Southern game. It was very convenient to campus. She had some drinks and snacks for us to enjoy when we got there. IT is a great place to stay.

Ole Miss Baseball and parent’s weekend

Property was so convenient to campus and very clean. Owners left us snacks and drinks. Can’t say enough good things about this property. Hope stay there many more times!!

Parent’s Weekend

Great weekend in Oxford. 147 Carrollton very convenient to campus and was perfect for us. If you arrive at night, be sure to read directions b/c house numbers are very hard to read in the dark. We’ll stay again if available.

Great for Ole Miss Visits

Our family came to visit our son for parent’s weekend and it was perfect. The bedrooms were nice and there was a nice living room and kitchen area. We really appreciated the coffee that was there and the extra toothbrush because we forgot one. The area was quiet and it was easy to get an Uber to campus to see the game. We rented a car, but chose to Uber due to limited parking. Summer was helpful and was prompt about answering my questions. It worked great for us and my son was happy to get out of his dorm to hang out with us there.

This was our first time with a VRBO and if every experience is like this - no reason to stay in a hotel. The property exceeded our expectations. Super clean, super nice, and a great location. Owners went above and beyond and were a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend!

So pleased with our rental.

This home had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The refrigerator was stocked, and even breakfast treats for our pleasure. The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was nice to collapse into after our full days on campus. Summer was extremely accommodating to our needs. We will definitely rent again on our next visit!!

Football weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated all the amenities…snacks, drinks, toiletries. Very thoughtful. Nothing not thought of. Only issue was that everyone in our party could not find the house at first, GPS takes you into a different complex and the directions were hard to find on the website. We figured it out. Also TV hard to operate for old people like us :) so maybe some directions and some closing instructions. Thank you, Summer, wr had a great weekend.

Clean, cozy and well located

House was clean and comfortable. Communication with the property owner was helpful and efficient. We were there for an Ole Miss football game. Great location. Quiet and away from the crowds but close to everything.
