We have stayed at multiple places along this street on Okaloosa Island and this is by far my favorite of all. There's plenty of space for the 7 adults we traveled with, including the dining room table! We will certainly return to this unit on our next visit to the area.

We absolutely loved our time here and will be back! It’s the perfect facility for any age or group size. It’s easy to get to the pools and a short walk to the beach. We used the fire pit as well and that was nice. Overall just loved the property and have no complaints whatsoever!

Condo was nice. Lack of communication from Best Beach Gateaway regarding a non functioning shower prior to us checking in. We had 8 people in our group and that made it inconvenient at times. Location was great, beach was great. Well never book on VRBO using Best Beach Gateaway.

Condo was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was super easy and we were able to check in when condo was cleaned before 4! Condo looks exactly like the pics on line. Smaller property so we did not have to fight for parking, pool area or front row beach access. We would come back for sure.

May 2024 vacation

We came down to stay and celebrate my son graduating college. The view was beautiful, we felt safe being in a gated community, and the pool area was lovely. The condo was clean and spacious. We were just a bit farther out than we usually stay and we enjoy walking to restaurants so that was the only issue we had. It did not hinder us from having fun. I'd recommend this property to others.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The beach view is gorgeous. The balcony was an amazing place to spend time. Only negative is the beach cart and items needs to be replaced. We loved our stay and will definitely go back.

Beautiful escape from today's stress

9 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Plenty of space to spread out. The patio is awesome with an amazing view. A little drama with all the codes to remember, but property managers were a dream to work with. This is an ideal facility for a family group - we almost don't want to tell anyone about it!

GREAT Stay!

We had a great stay at blu 407! The property was perfect for our group of 6; excellent views, beautiful pools, easy beach access, quiet location, but close to busy Destin!!! Would definitely recommend to friends/family and would stay here again! The only items missing were food storage containers in the kitchen-- but really not a big deal. Next time, I'll just know to bring my own.

All was good except for one of the bathrooms the shower could not be used. Very frustrated with that for sure. I was told I would get a reimbursement of 10% but I have not seen that as of yet.

Amazing Property

The condo was perfect for a family vacation. We had 2 families in the house and had plenty of room with a great balacony overlooking the pool and ocean. The condo also has a great layout, was clean, and modern. But the best part of the property is that you are just a short walk to the pool and ocean. We also used the grill outside and relaxed by the fire pit at night. Overall excellent property and will stay here again.

Wonderful view and extra large balcony!

This property has amazing views of the Gulf and an extra large balcony with seating for all guests to enjoy. Impressed with the condo, location, ease of access to the beach and parking. Beach chairs, a wagon and toys come with the unit. The only complaint we have is that there were only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for a week stay with 10 people. Aside from that, we would love to stay here again!
