The Classic Container Home was engineered with a simple-yet-open layout specifically designed for safe and cozy experiences for people who want a restful, semi-outdoor experience. Walk inside to queen bed with TV and fireplace at your feet, couch, kitchenette with fridge & kitchen items, and bathroom with towels. Outside you have your deck, sitting chairs, fire pit, grill, parking, and valley view outside.

Guests often use their tent as their "home base" while visiting the area. Restaurants, trails, popular tourist sites are minutes away. If time allows, request a wine tasting (see Extras). We love to schedule visits and share our homemade wine and kombucha.

Though in the country, The Classic is not totally “out in the boonies.” It’s in a rural-residential neighborhood that borders the Town of Monument with some open space and a creek separating the two. Park, unload your bags and groceries, and relax in the unique and cozy container home.

Santa Fe Open Space and Palmer Lake Regional Recreation Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Brunswick Zone XL and Great Wolf Lodge Water Park. Hidden gem in Colorado. You are minute drives from both pikes peak and garden of the gods. Close to good food, COFFEE and some awesome sights. If your in the area give it a try.

Peaceful Getaway

I live in the city so being able to just be in silence is amazing. There were more features there than mentioned in the description. AND THE VIEW!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Look for this shipping container on tiktok or youtube.... The host were sweet and just a message away....

We (Chris and Wendy) grew up in the midwest, but we fell in love with Colorado twenty years ago. We're both teachers, too, who want to host the best glamping experience for our guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Monument Creek Glamping began the summer of 2019 when we remodeled our bedroom. We built a platform, set up our camping tent, and moved our master bedroom outdoors. What a magical time we had that month! During the remodel, a desire grew in our hearts to share the experience with others.

And here you are!

We are Chris and Wendy Jeub, natives of Minnesota who moved our family to Colorado in 2000. We are proud to have raised most of our children here at Monument Creek, a blessed history and heritage. We are both educators — Chris an English teacher and Wendy a homeschool mom. Most of our kids are grown now, but you may see a child or grandchild enjoying themselves around Monument Creek.

Little brings us more satisfaction than to witness people relish glamping on our property. We have much to share with you — creek, trails, sunrise in the morning and moonrise in the evening — and we love seeing visitors like you relax and enjoy. Civilization is just minutes away, and the wild of Pike National Forest is just a couple miles from your stay.

This year we are dedicating all our resources into maximizing the incredible experience at Monument Creek. For your short stay, our homestead is your home-sweet-home, and you are a most welcomed guest! Our aim is to make this a 5-star experience for you, and we are at the house ready to respond to any question or request.
