This home is the perfect gathering place for family and friends, while just a short walk to the beach (4th row), near barrel 110. After a day at the beach, come back and enjoy the main entertaining area that features a private pool (not heated) and hot tub. The beautiful Salt Water Ranch has all the amenities you will need, from TVs in every room, WIFI throughout the house, the open floor plan, large well-stocked kitchen with premium appliances, fenced in yard and so many more! It is a family oriented space designed for your comfort and enjoyment!
Bed and Bath Setup, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, sleeps 12, 2400 sq. ft., 2 king masters with en suites, 2 bunkrooms with 2 sets of queen/queen in each, 2 bathrooms in the hallway.
Must be 25 yrs old to book.
Hot tub is available for 6pm – 12am.
The cargo lift is NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE, due to liability issues.
NO pets allowed.
NO PARTIES (includes prom and graduation parties) or NO EVENTS ALLOWED, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 12 GUESTS MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES.
There is a security camera outside in pool area.
There is a charcoal grill available.
The coffee maker is a dual type, both regular drip and pods.
