This charming unit is fully furnished on the first floor with a king bed in the MB and an ensuite bathroom. The second BR has a queen bed. All linens are supplied. For your R&R time three flat screen tv’s are within the unit with AT&T cable and WiFi. The kitchen is amply stocked. An additional BONUS, a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. You will have a designated parking space near the unit, please note no trucks or trailers are permitted per HOA. Tennis rackets, bicycles, beach chairs and board games are in the unit for your use while staying in our condo.

The complex offers for your enjoyment four heated pools and clubhouses. On site are tennis courts, bocce courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball, table tennis and billiards. Scheduled activities and organized team competitions are widely available during peak season. Other amenities include BBQ grills, patio areas, gazebos, fitness center, computer room, library, craft and card rooms within the shared community.

Indian River county has a plethora of things to enjoy. If you want to put your toes in the sand, beautiful South Beach is just under five miles from the unit. Numerous water rentals to experience the inter-coastal waters are nearby as well. Casual and fine dining restaurants are abundant on US1 and SR60. And don’t forget shopping at the outlet mall.
Distance from condo: Orlando - 110 miles, Cape Canaveral - 84 miles, and Melbourne airport - 40 miles, all within easy driving distance. If needed we can give suggestions for transportation from surrounding airports.

A 60 day rental is required per HOA to include an approved HOA application 60 days prior to any rental. A 15% discount will be given to any rental that exceeds 90 days. IDs are required and available at the office for $10 each. A check-in and check-out list will be awaiting you on the counter in the kitchen. $500 security deposit upon booking, returnable within two weeks of departure if no damage occurred. Utilities are included unless they exceed $80. (Hint: Keep the thermostat at a comfortable setting, etc.) In addition, there is a $150 cleaning fee.
