Casa Sunside has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are linens, towels, toiletries in case you forget anything important back at your house; trash bags to make sure nothing is left behind but memories when it's time to head out again and an iron/board if clothes get wrinkly before heading off into town--and there's even a washer/dryer inside incase things go too far south while exploring Cabo San Lucas' attractions!

Please note that Puerto Paraíso is carrying out light renovations on the second level. Work will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and there might be occasional quiet cleaning or debris removal at night. They are making every effort to minimize any disturbance

Guests will have access to the full Condo, plus access to The Paraiso Residences Terraces overlooking the marina and gym in the tower with gorgeous ocean views.



Getting Around:

Paraiso Residences is on the upper level of Puerto Paraiso Mall, so you will be steps away from Cabo San Lucas Marina. It's a place where everything happens and within walking distance of restaurants, clubs, strip mall shopping area!



Medano Beach is within walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away. Getting around the town: - Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of the Airport and Resorts where it isn't allowed.

Other Things to Note:

****** December 2025 - Please note that Puerto Paraíso is carrying out renovations on the second level. Construction work such as removal, demolition, and masonry will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Additionally, some cleaning and debris hauling may occur at night, with the team taking care to avoid noise that could be disturbing.



This property is for sale, if you are interested and would like to have more information about this " running business," please contact us. Please be advised that we may contact you during your stay to ask your permission to provide access to a potential buyer; you may deny permission. In case the property is sold before your stay, we will offer an equivalent property in the same building with the same amenities and value.



We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property. If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog, please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you. Last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.



Two-level condo with a balcony on the second floor, the glass rail is 35 inches (90 cm) high. Parents must be careful with children.”



LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, so it might be noisy if you are very sensitive.



If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.



Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave. Lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
