Welcome to Blue Haven Lake House!

This luxury lake house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on a scenic vista, overlooking Lake Tuscaloosa. The home is located 14 miles north of Bryant Denny stadium. It can sleep up to 12 people. The house comes equipped with plenty of board games and TVs and great wifi! There are also many common areas inside and outside the house for family to hang out around! Enjoy a cracking fire in either the indoor or outdoor fireplace, or in the wood burning fire pit outside. There is plenty of comfortable & covered outdoor seating, and a standing patio heater for cooler nights! There is a long staircase that meanders down to a pier. Rent a boat from a local company, or use one of the 2 provided kayaks onsite!

The first bedroom has a King bed with a modern and luxurious en suite bathroom that has a large walk-in shower and a relaxing tub. The second bedroom also has a King bed and a bathroom down the hallway with a walk in shower. The final bedroom is located in the loft and has a Queen bed and 3 full sized beds as well as an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This is an owner occupied property that vacates when it is rented. If you find some of the owner's personal items in the house, this is why.

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
