Welcome to Beachy Dreams! Make yourself at home in our beautiful one-bedroom condo on the 12th floor in the Origin at Seahaven Resort! You'll find yourself just steps away from the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! The unique location provides picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico and West Bay.

Your stay at Beachy Dreams include two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella rental ($40/day value) during the season which typically runs March 15-Oct 31, but is dependent on the provider . These are provided by FunPCB.com and are conveniently located at the kiosk at the beach access for Origin Resort.

If you prefer to enjoy the outdoors without venturing to the beach, Origin Resort features a unique 4th floor pool that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is heated during the cooler seasons. A hot tub is also available on the 4th floor pool deck.

Our condo, "Beachy Dreams", features a spacious living area with a private balcony where you can watch the sunrise each morning. You'll also find a full kitchen, equipped with all you might need for dining in...or take a quick walk across the street to world-famous Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant to enjoy a meal. You're also across the street from Senor Frogs, a popular Mexican restaurant, a short walk from Runaway Island, for more upscale dining, and Barefoot Hide-A-Way Bar & Grill. Beachy Dreams is also located within walking distance of the new Top Golf (scheduled to open spring 2025).

The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day of fun at the beach, or shopping. Did we mention that Pier Park is less than a mile away? Pier Park is a tourist destination that features the Russell-Fields Pier, many restaurants, and a variety of shopping options.

The living room set up provides for spectacular views of PCB and West Bay. The sofa is a sofa/sleeper, which allows for 4 to sleep comfortably in the condo.

After a long day at the beach, relax on the 15th floor observation deck as you take in the spectacular sun as it sets over the Gulf of Mexico. Origin at Seahaven also features a fitness center , on-site market and restaurant, and a movie theater!

The BEST place to stay!

Everything was perfect. Exactly as described, clean, well decorated, wonderful location and we loved the added perk of having chair and umbrella at the beach every day. This was our second time staying and we will continue to stay here until we outgrow this condo!

Totally clean, comfortable and refreshing!

Our stay at Beachy Dreams was amazing. As soon as we walked in we were blown away at just how fresh the home felt. It is in walking distance of some fantastic restaurants and easy driving distance to grocery stores, so you can get all your essentials you need. Like a cloud, is how I would describe the king size bed. Big thank you to the hosts for sharing there home with us. Definitely plan on staying there again in the near future!!

Everything Was Perfect

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Panama City Beach. The suite was immaculate and had everything we needed. Host communications kept us informed and ready for each stage of our stay. The resort is beautiful with great views. Free parking is included, and we were usually able to park within a few feet of an elevator. We truly enjoyed our stay.

A very comfortable place to stay

We went to PCB for a baseball tournament and Beachy Dreams turned out to be the perfect place to stay. We where close to both ball fields. Beachy Dreams was very comfortable for my husband and myself. The walk to the beach was easy, the pool was enjoyable, and walking to the restaurants and Pier park was nice.

The place gave us everything we needed! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for 3! The owners were on top of everything from beginning to end with details. They even checked up on us during the stay; Sweet of them. The beach chairs included were convenient, but the third party who handles them were rude. As my sister said too blessed to be stressed. The property Origin was clean and the elevator was quick. Everyone there were lovely and we all tried to help each other. It was a great trip. We will book and recommend John & Tracy’s unit to everyone.

The perfect beach getaway!

This is one of the best condos I’ve ever stayed in. It’s spacious, pristine, updated, and in a fantastic location. The hosts, John & Tracy, are incredibly thoughtful in how they prepared this space for guests. Every detail was accounted for and they are incredibly responsive. I will definitely be staying at Beachy Dreams PCB again and cannot recommend it enough!

What a stunning condo! I couldn't be happier with our stay. My family had such a fantastic time enjoying the pool and soaking in the breathtaking views. John and Tracy were absolutely wonderful—they were always there when we needed them. I wholeheartedly recommend this little slice of heaven; it has truly captured our family’s hearts! Wonderful vacation place.

Beachy Dreams was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well decorated. We enjoyed sunrises/ sunsets from the 15th floor observation deck. The beach is directly across the street from the condo. Fabulous! The pool & hot tub were also great. Pool water warmer than the air. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping near by.Our hosts were great to work with. Much thanks to them for everything.

Although the weather was not the greatest, the property itself was perfect! Really nice hot tub & pool! Walking distance from Senor Frogs, Sharkys & other businesses. Will return again.

Amazing spot stay!

I will be definitely be rebooking this place for any trips to PCB! The place was so clean, quiet and comfortable. Great food across the street or many other options within walking distance. The host are very responsive to questions. A perfect location for any Ironman racers/family or people need a beach vacation.

Amazing place!!

This was such a fun condo to stay in. We had a blast and everything was in walking distance! Even being across the street wasn’t bad. It was super easy to cross and the beach was right there.

We loved our stay

The place is beautiful and so well maintained. Even though we were on the 12th floor we were very surprised at how the the elevators were, we never waited over a couple of minutes. We would definitely stay here again. I just can’t think of one negative thing to say.

During our many visits to PCB we were very grateful to the wonderful hosts who provided their condos for us to enjoy. It was our dream to one day be one of those condo owners. At the end of 2021 we were able to make that dream a reality!!
During our stays, we were always appreciative to the hosts who went above and beyond to provide a clean, well-maintained place for us to reside during our vacations. Our goal is to provide that same level of service to our guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When we first viewed this property we fell in love with it. We are self-described "beach snobs" and always vowed to stay directly on the beach, not across the street. However, this unit provides a unique perspective of PCB. Not only do you get the beach views, you also can view West Bay and all the happenings on Front Beach Road.

We love the beachy colors and the feel of the condo unit. It's big enough to spread out but still has a very cozy feeling.

The many windows provide more natural light than many of the other condos in Panama City Beach.

Some of the unique features of the Origin Condos is that it's a resort style building with interior hallways and entry doors, which provides an extra level of security to our guests.

The pool being on the 4th floor provides unique Gulf views while swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying the hot tub.

We also love it's close proximity to Pier Park, Runaway Island, and World Famous Sharky's.
